Dream: istighara

Dream:

I was doing istighara prayer, concerning one man. 6 days later I had a dream. I was in a theater, pulling a luggage, looking for my seat, my 2 friends waiting for me. I asked a female usher to show my seat, she said it´s too difficult, because I mentioned two seatnumbers. Then a half-english man, whose face wasn´t clear, guides me, up to a mountain in my birthtown, it´s much higher in my dream than in reality.
I see a nice landscape, beautiful colors, big river and woods, at my right, some lakes. When I wake up, I was so happy about that dream, and decided to stop selling my handycrafts on markets and fairs but settle down in my hometown, open a small shop to get more stable. Does this say anything about that special man, for whom I made Istichara? Thank U so much for reading this, Salams

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Insha-Allah it is a good result and a good sign indicating that marriage will take you from a false world, represented by the theatre, and carrying baggage of dunya, to your “birthplace”, high spiritual stations and happiness, here and hereafter.

darood shareef fast

Question:

asalaam.
my question was that i read darood e khizri, and have been readin over a year alhamdulilla in thousands,
and now when i read it alhamdulilla i read it very fast, but at times it will feel as thow i am not pronouncing the wordin of the darood properly.
is this a vasvasa or is it possible, about 2-3 darood shareefs in one second…
jazakAllah

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

That is called Tai al-Lisan, the over-extension of the power of the tongue to recite dhikr and salawat very fast. That is ok and allows the seeker to do huge amounts of dhikr in a short time.

As Shaykh Hisham said in a suhbat, dated April 17, 2008:

So that guide  of purification has to every 24 hrs he has to make dhikr of Allah Allah 24,000 times and 5000 times salawat and but if still he has time there are those in that level that some can go up to 700,000 dhikrullah a day and that is what we call Tayy al-Lisan.

يَوْمَ نَطْوِي السَّمَاء كَطَيِّ السِّجِلِّ لِلْكُتُبِ

Yawm natwi as-sama’i katayyi ‘s-sijjili li ‘l-kutubi…

{The Day that We roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed)} (Surat al-Anbiya, 21:104)

So that is “Folding the Tongue.” As awliyaullah can be one moment here and in another moment in China. You can fold time and space. Like airplanes folded time and space and you can be from here to there where before it took years. And awliyaullah with their feet they have tayy with Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem.

They can be there.

So they have Tayy al-Lisan that in one hour they do 700,000 dhikrullah and 250,00 praise on the Prophet (s). So tell me who from these murshids who call themselves murshids can go to that level of dhikr and salawat?

If it is said, he said, “How that is possible?” “There is,” Grandshaykh, may Allah bless his soul, said, “from the tongue there is a direct spiritual vein that you cannot see but it is like a vein but it is made from light that connects the tongue to the heart directly. So awliyaullah when they use that channel they cannot go just 700,000 times Allah Allah,  but they can go 70 million times dhikrullah.

If they are able to use that channel, then you know speed of light is 300,000 km/sec. If you put light here and if there is no obstacle, in one second light reaches the moon. 300,000 kilometers in one second the light will move. If you put a candle here they can see it if they have power.

So he said “there is a spiritual channel that goes from tongue to heart. If zhulmah, darkness, is taken away from that channel, sara nouraniyya, it become luminous, shining. With that shining they can reach any number of dhikrullah that no one else can be able to reach.

Dream: A Gold Ring

Dream:

I found or stole a gold ring from the ground, it was broken or almost in two peices and it had the number 50 or 50k, in the inner part of the band I said to myself or thought to myself “I can still pawn it” or something like that.

Interpretation:

The ground represents awliyaullah, for as Ibn `Ajiba said, in Iqaz al-Himmam, “the elect one among God’s servants is like unto the earth; it accepts every type of refuse and yet nothing issues from it but sweetness. Both the good and the sinner walk over and step on the servant of God.” The golden ring symbolizes the Golden Chain, the Unbreakable Bond, the Extended Rope of Allah from Heaven to Earth.  Reforge your golden link by means of the five daily prayers, for which Allah grants you 50, and by means of the Khatm Khawajagan, which cannot be purchased by gold or diamonds.

Re: Weird Experience

Question:

Salaam alaikum.
I went to sleep at 2:30am. At sharp, 3:30am, I woke up and was not at all sleepy. I lay in bed doing dhikr and suddenly I heard myself breathing like a dog. I, then heard a voice of a dog barking inside me. I continued reading Ayat-ul-Kursi and doing dhikr. I started having sharp pain in my back and then all of a sudden I was very sleepy. I closed my eyes and I could feel someone pulling energy out of my body from my left foot. I got aggrevated and asked sheikh Nazim & Abdul Qadir Jilani to help me. I saw a bright green light and I woke up. Did that evil spirit take over me? I have been experiencing head aches since then. Please advise something to read.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

When you call the awliyaullah they come, so don’t give too much credence or power to shaytan. Didn’t you see the light? The dog is only your ego, always barking… not happy with Dhikrullah. Ignore it until it stops, which may take time.

Make fresh wudu before sleeping and pray 2 raka`ats greeting the wudu, insha-Allah you will not be bothered.

Dream: Lady in a mosque

Dream:

Assalammualaikum.

I dreamt I went into a beautiful mosque. I went up the stairs and there were a lot of people. I walked towards the left side and a tall lady dressed fully in hijab asked a person where the ‘muslim’ side of the mosque was. I walked past her and there was a beautiful middle aged lady dressed in white sat down with people around her. She looked up and she smiled, her facial expression looked as though she wanted to speak to me but there were too many people around her so she continued talking to them. I think I was looking for a toilet and I looked at the signs and there was no toilet there so I started walking to the right side of the mosque. As I walked away the lady looked as though she was getting up to come talk to me.

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Your dunya and akhira will come together and blend in a very easy and comfortable way, insha-Allah, and Allah knows best.

Dream: Young child (female) dying

Dream:

Assalamu Alaykum
I dreamt I was with my parents in cyprus with an army of mureeds. We travelled up to woodland hill and was made to stop by shaykhs (unknown). Once at top we told a girl had been martyred and we were to pray funeral. The girl was only a few years old and was alive, when questioned they saud her gun wound on stomach had been patched, her clothes were unstained clean white. I played with her and she smiled (not in pain but drowsy) I sand Shahada to her, she asked and I explained what it was and she said I know what it is now.

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

This dream shows you the rarity of those who “die before you die” for among the many contenders (murids), only one achieved martyrdom and purity, the Station of Witnessing, may Allah grant it to all of us. Imagine, if the martyr in the Way of Allah feels no pain and is immediately granted Paradise, what about the one who achieved that station not through being killed but through killing his or her own ego.

taweez

Question:

Salam ya sayyidi..
i found out there were taweez that can be printed, taken online at http://naqshbandi.org/adab/tawaiz.htm

my question is,
1.do i have to change my ink into a special ink with no urea or just use the normal one? http://naqshbandi.org/adab/taweez_Grandshaykh.htm
2.any recommendation? on what to recite, where and how to put them on home, adab, how much taweez each room?

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

Regular ink is fine and its best to frame them in a regular frame with glass. Some people like to put them in each room but at least in the bedrooms and entry hall of the house. You can recite salawats as you hang them and connect your heart with Mawlana Shaykh.

Two Ahadiths

Question:

Aslam o alaykum wr wb ya Shaykh!

May Allah (swt) bless you for this work here and hereafter.
My question is regarding two ahadiths that I have heard from someone but couldn’t find it on book. Can you please tell about their authenticity.
1: Holy Prophet (pbuh) said to Sayyedna Abu bakar ‘as Sadiq , “Ya Abu Bakar in this world you knew me most but you never knew my Honor” (shaan).

2: Holy Prophet (pbuh) said, “generous person is my friend even if he is ‘fasiq‘” .

Please forgive me for bad adab but I really want to know the reality of these two hadiths .
jazaka Allah.

Answer:

`Alaykum Salam:

It is good to ask about sourcing when in doubt. In this case, both reports are falsehoods.

(i) The most knowledgeable of the Prophet’s high station among all the Sahaba is Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (Allah be well-pleased with him), as is shown in the following hadith from Abu Sa`id al-Khudri in BukhariMuslim, the Sunan and the Musnad, which the Prophet (upon him blessings and peace) spoke in his last days in this life:

“Allah gave one of His servants a choice between this world and what He has with Him, and that servant chose what Allah has with Him.” Abu Bakr wept profusely and we wondered why he wept, since the Prophet had told of a servant that was given a choice. The Prophet himself was that servant, as Abu Bakr told us later. The Prophet continued: “Abu Bakr, do not weep! Among those most dedicated to me in his companionship and property is Abu Bakr. If I were to take an intimate friend other than my Lord, I would take Abu Bakr….”

And in another version in Sahih Muslim, the Sunan, and the Musnad:

“I am excused, before each of my friends, of any friendship with anyone.
But if I were to take an intimate friend, I would take Ibn Abi Quhafa
[Abu Bakr] as my intimate friend. Truly, your Companion is the intimate
friend of Allah!”

(ii) In Mulla `Ali al-Qari’s dictionary of forgeries entitled al-Asrar
al-Marfu`a
he states:

<<Regarding the report “The generous one is the beloved of Allah even if he is a transgressor (fasiq) while the miser is the enemy of Allah even if he is a monk”: it is baseless. Rather, its first part is forged since it contradicts what Allah Most High says: {Allah loves those who repent constantly to Him} (2:222) and {Allah loves not the wrongdoers} (3:140), whereas the transgressor is either a tyrant or a disbeliever.>>
