Prayer Request: Bad Hard Heart

Request:

Audhuo Billahi minai Shaiytanir Rajiim, Bsm hR hR.
As-Salaamu alaiykum wr,

Please could you make a prayer for me as I have a hard and bad heart. I try to pray and have been praying for a long time but still my heart is very bad. Actually it is to do with my parents as they are not very good or strong people and did not treat me well. So I need prayers regarding this.
Please make dua so that I will marry a good one for me and me for her, insha Allah.
I also have envy that I request you could pray to be removed. The envy is because I did not have full family and other people have that.
Sorry about that,
Salaatul Nabi Kareem
As-Salaamu alaiykum.

`Alaykum as-Salam,

{And truly, Allah is toward you full of compassion and mercy.} (Surat al-Hadid, 57:9)

Every week go out and give sadaqa to someone poor bearing that ayah in mind.

At the same time say also for marriage the du`as mentioned here: “Prayer Request: About a marriage proposal

Dream: Mawlana cursing people

Dream:

Salam,

I am a 21 yr old sister. The other night, I had two dreams of Mawlana shaykh Nazim.

The first was before i prayed fajr:
Mawlana was very young, around 30 or 40, I handed Mawlana a long big tray of black things.

The second dream was after I prayed fajr:
Mawlana still looked young and it was the same setting, this time i gave Mawlana only one black thing, and Mawlana looked at it, then said in quite an angry way; “I am sending cursings on people.”

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Seeing Mawlana young is a reflection of yourself, that you are doing well on the way of tariqah, and the black things are aspects of your character that need cleansing. Mawlana’s “cursing” is actually blessing you and everyone and asking Allah’s forgiveness, presenting you and them to the Prophet (s) cleansed and pure due to your connection with Mawlana Shaykh.

W ‘Allahu `alam,

Regarding the Tariqa

Question:

Assalamualaikum Sheikh,

As each day goes, my desire to meet Sheikh Nazim just grows and grows… deep within my heart I know I will meet him but when… only Allah SWT knows! I’d like to know something about the tariqa. It’s been two months now since I took my bayyath and Alhamdullilah, things have been fine since then. However, I am not able to adhere to the entire dhikr mentioned, even for the less devotion mentioned in the tariqa. What can Sheikh Nazim suggest for me so I may be regular with the dhikr of the tariqa? Kindly pray that I achieve all my goals I have in this world and the hereafter and make me a productive Muslimah for my Ummah!

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

Strive to complete the initiate’s daily practice and if it is difficult to complete in one sitting break into parts that you do at your convenience, such as driving to work or class, after each prayer/salat/namaz, etc.

Shaykh Hisham is  praying you get your heart’s desire, insha-Allah.

el-Qasas and miscellaneous

Question:

Salam alaykum sayiddi,

1.Would you please give us the explanation of the verses 43 to 46 of Surat El-Qasas.

2.What is the meaning of “ma malaket aymanukum” in our days? or is related only to wars? In the past do they marry “ma malaket aymanuhum“? deos this word regards only females?

3.Do you have an official website for tafsir?

Thank you

Answer:

Alaykum as-Salam,

1. The verses are self-explanatory, see:
http://islamawakened.org/Quran/default.htm

2. The meaning of that expression means slaves. The latter were often war captives originally, but could also originate from the offspring of slaves in peacetime. Slave owners did have the option to marry slaves, in which case the latter became free persons. They included both males and females.

3. We do not, but we recommend http://www.altafsir.com/

Dream: Dome of the rock mosque

Dream:

Asalam u laikum, ya sayidi i’m visiting this mosque with a group of people, in the courtyard i notice a white cat with a little ginger on its back, the cat is cute & beautiful in the most unimaginable way but is looking very disturbed this suprises me as its outside a beautiful masjid i start playing & teasing the cat with my tasbee. This cat responds by play along with me & smiles but after a while the cat runs & hides from some danger.

Interpretation:

`Alaykum as-Salam,

The cat signifies the record of deeds according to the verse:

وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا عَجِّل لَّنَا قِطَّنَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْحِسَابِ

{They say: “Our Lord! hasten to us our sentence (even) before the Day of Account!”} (Surah Sad 38:16)

So the white cat signifies a spotless record of deeds. In addition, both the domestic cat and al-Quds point to a good year coming to you, in which you will either visit al-Quds or will see someone from there or one of its `ulema.

Prayer Request: Protection for my brother

Request:

Salams ya Sayyidi
Please forgive me
My mother was married to a man for several years who is a freemason. We didn’t really know much about it because he didn’t talk about it very much. Once I found one of his freemason books and it was really strange. They are divorced now, but he is still in contact with my little brother. They meet often and he gives him books etc. I’m not saying that he is a bad person but I’m afraid for my brother because he trusts his advice & seems interested in those things although they are harmful. Please pray him to be protected& and not to fall in with the wrong people. And to be guided to a good life.
Also if there is anything that I can do or recite for him.
Thank you ya Sayyidi for everything
Shukrunillah walhamdullilah wa lailaha ilallah allahu akbar

Response:

wa `alaykum salam,

Since he is divorced from your mother, he really has no need to see her son, unless he is the father, in which case he may have a legal right. But your mother can limit it as much as possible because this person doesn’t sound like he is a good influence.

Mawlana is praying for your brother, insha-Allah, with his baraka and Mawlana Shaykh Nazim al-Haqqani’s baraka, he will be safe. Recite over him Ayat al-Kursi, Surat al-Ikhlas, Surat al-Falaq, Surat an-Nas, Surat al-Fatiha and blow over him when he’s asleep for his protection and be sure he always wears the tawiz of Grandshaykh.

Dream: The Gift

Dream:

Assalaamualykum wrwb
Bismillah

May Allah reward all of u for all of ur efforts and patience InshAllah
I had a dream where i was in a shop. I wanted to buy a gift for Maulana Shaykh Nazim and in this shop i saw a box shaped like the blessed sandal of the Beloved Prophet SAW. In this box were cloth cut shaped sandals exactly like the box. They were all in pairs and in different colours with gold arabic inscriptions and I remember liking the emerald green ones especially. There was another box but it was smaller and had small versions of the dalaylul-khairat. However I was taken by the beauty of the first box and chose to buy that one to give as a gift.

Jazakallah for ur time

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

That dream expresses your love to Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani and through Mawlana, your love to the Prophet (s). Keep gifting your recitations of Holy Qur’an and of Dala’il to Prophet (s) and to Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani and our mashaykh; your reward is to be on qadami siqd, firm foothold in their presence insha-Allah.

no permission to visit

Question:

Bismillahir Rahman nirahim
Asslam Aleykum

I thankyou Sheikh Hisham and All eshayke team for such a wonderful website and all the guidence May Allah Bless You.I love you And Sultan Al Awliya very much.

Ya Sayadi, i was watching Mawlana Sheikh Nazim on Saltanate.org. i think Mawlana says we have no permission to visit Them if we are faraway from cyprus. I am very upset to know that i cant visit Mawlana as i am yearning to meet them..Maybe i misunderstood wat they said.. pls can u clarify this…
Shukhran.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

This is what Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani said on March 11, 2011:

Who is asking to come and visiting here they must look what is the situation and if they are coming it is three days for visiting enough, not more. Keep at your homes. You may, if you are looking that it is suitable for a visiting here, don’t intend to be here more than 3 days. You must keep your homes, your children, your families, you must [be there] guiding. Who is coming here, 3 days coming, then they may go, because the situation is not so good. Perhaps they should be [stuck] here without going back or they should go down without getting up. Three days, [first] asking and looking if it is suitable for a visiting. Because [they] may come here and that Armageddon begins, [then] no more ships; no more planes to leave this island and to go back to your places.

Dream: Seeing Buzurg and Hair Loss

Dream:

Asalamu Aleikum

Its an old dream that I saw after asking for a sign from Allah about someone being in my kismat. I was in my room and it was dark but timing was near sunrise and my dad came with a buzurg in my room they sat for a while and then when they were about to leave they came towards me and put their hand on my head/hairs..to do dam..bc I was suffering from hair loss.. (also in reality but at that time it wasnt as bad as in dream and now after some time it is as bad as it was in my dream or maybe worse than that)

Was it really a sign or something from nafs?

JazakAllahu Khairan

Interpretation:

wa ‘alaykum salam,

Whenever you see a wali (buzurg) in a dream that is like the signature for the dream being real. So take it as a sign for what you prayed about and awliyaullah are supporting you, so don’t worry too much, whatever is destined to come to you cannot be prevented and what is not written for you will never reach you.

The Golden Chain – Secrets and transmission

Question:

Assalamu’a laikum, Dear Respected elders and seniors.

Forgive me if, in my ignorance I have incorrectly posed this question.

I wanted clarification, that is it the case that The same ‘Special’ secrets poured by our Beloved Prophet Sayyidina Muhammed (pbuh) into the heart of Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A) in the Cave of Thawr have been transmitted from Master to Master throughout the 40 in the chain, right down to our beloved Maulana Shaykh.

Also could I as a lover (not sure if I am capable of being a murid) of Maulana Shaykh access or partake of such blessings and ‘special’ knowledge or is this only for the Awliya allah.

Finally is this special outpour into the heart of Hazrat Abu Bakr, namely why the silsila comes through him and not Hazrat Ali.

If I am not to know such things, I humbly request your forgiveness.

Answer:

a`udhu billah mina ‘sh-shaytani ‘r-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

The spiritual inheritance given to Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (r) has been transmitted from heart to heart via the Golden Chain to our present day Master, Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Adil al-Haqqani.  The Silsila is traced to S. Abu Bakr (r) but is also merged in many places with the physical and spiritual descendants of S. Ali (a.s).  The reader is referred to Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani”s Classical Islam and the Naqshbandi Sufi Tradition, excerpted below:

http://www.isn1.net/Classical-Islam-p/bk-classicalislamandthenaqshba.htm

Shaykh Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr as-Siddiq  descended from Abu Bakr as-Siddiq on his father’s side and from Ali ibn Abi Talib  on his mother’s side. He was born on a Thursday, in the holy month of Ramadan.

It is narrated that he said, “My grandfather, Abu Bakr as-Siddiq, was alone with the Prophet in the Cave of Thawr during migration from Makkah to Madinah, and the Prophet said to him: ‘You have been with me all your life and you have carried all sorts of difficulties. And now I want you to make a supplication to invoke God’s favor on you.’ Abu Bakr  then said, ‘O Prophet of God, you are the secret of my soul and the secret of my heart. You know better what I need.’”

The Prophet  raised his hands and said, “O God, as long as my Divine Law proceeds to Judgment Day may God grant that among your descendants are those who carry it and those who inherit its inner secrets, and grant that among your descendants are those who are on the Straight Path and those who guide to it.”

The first answer to that supplication and the first one to receive that blessing was Sayyidina Qasim . In his time he was known in Madina as Abu Muhammad. People came to listen to his guidance, his lectures (suhba) and his disclosures of the hidden meanings of the Quran. Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr as-Siddiq  was one of the seven most famous jurists in Madinah, being the most knowledgeable among them. It was through these seven great Imams that the Traditions, early jurisprudence, and Quranic commentaries were disseminated to the people.
