Dream about islamic books
Question:
I was on itikaaf and noticed that itikaaf has finished. When I returned to my corner, they already removed my curtain and switched off the light. In my itikaaf place were all my Islamic books. I had to get the help of my children to carry the books home

Your Sunna worship is accepted and your children will be pious and following in your footsteps in sha Allah.

Eating dog meat

My friends who follow the Maliki madhhab differ as to whether eating dog meat is halal or haram. Some say it is and do eat it, while some say it isn’t and abstain. What are the basis and proofs for each view?

Answer:
Alaykum Salam,
There is no disagreement across the schools that dog meat is categorically forbidden (haram). The claim that Imam Malik said it is “only” abominable (makruh) is very weak.

My mother died on 5th august 2016. It is a humble request for dua to exalt her soul and peace for her in grave. i convey darood every night after Isha prayer. Is it enough or i should recite some more ayats? please advise.
Answer:
May Allah grant her paradise. It is enough to make duaa for her after every salat and you may convey the reward of whatever worship you choose.

The Wahhabis claim Ziyarat is the same as the Christian cult of Saints and also what our Prophet (S) warned against. But what is the truth of the matter?

and ‘Traveling to visit the grave of the pious, friends of Allah, dedicating the reward of vows to them and commemorating them‘ at the website of the Egyptian Ministry of Religious Affairs. Here is an excerpt from the ruling of permissibility:
It is permissible to visit graves according to the imams of the four schools of jurisprudence. There is a scholarly consensus that it is recommended for men, though only Hanafi scholars maintain its recommendation for women; other scholars deem it permissible but disliked due to their lack of emotional strength and patience. The premise for the recommendation of visiting graves is the hadith of the Prophet [pbuh] who said: “I had formerly prohibited you from visiting graves. But now visit them as they are a reminder of the Hereafter” [Muslim].
