I find Prophet Muhammad (s) hair and tell myself the Prophet has instructed us to bury hair so I will do that. I smell them and they have a good scent and then I ask Allah to let me smell them better. I also rub on my face and then I find cube crystals

Can Murshid appear in a dream and ask a person who has not been assigned to him or to another Murshid on Day of Promises to take baya in his tariqa just in the purpose that he makes the effort to find a Shaykh even if he’s not destined to have one ?

Yes it is a step closer to the true spiritual guide to take bayaa and possibly it is him in fact. As for the claim that someone is destined not to have one it is incorrect. “The Sunna of Allah on earth is Shaykh and murid to the Day of Resurrection” (Kitab al Ghunya).
