Dream: A letter from Medina

Dream:

Assallam O Alikum,

I received a letter of three pages. It seemed like an official letter with letter head & contract terms. It was white paper & green writing. It stated that my job has been shifted from Pakistan to Medina and I have to do tabligh in Medina. I was happy but also shocked that how will I do it as I don’t know much and my sister woke me up.

Wa alaykum salam,

This dream can mean that a new opportunity
and a move to a better life style is coming
toward you. (Masha’Allah)

Dream: Prophet’s (saw) Mosque

Dream:

Assalam Alaykoum,

I dreamt that I was in the Prophet`s (saw) masjid and it was time for the prayers. I make sure I find a place close to the door and I also make sure that I choose a place whereby when I pray my back do not face the Prophet`s (saw) tomb.

I then realise that when I did Umrah, I forgot to cut my hair after sai. I then said that I will do another Umrah starting from Medina to Makkah to compensate.

Dream: Secret of Seen in Bismillah

Dream:

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem,

I dreamt that my brother-in-law came to me and asking me to teach him some books of duas. I said I can’t teach him because he has his own shaykh. He must go to his own shaykh. Then I said to myself I also need to learn the secret of Seen from Bismillah as instructed by my shaykh that is Mawlana Shaykh Nazeem. Can you explain what does this dream mean? If the instruction is true how could I learn the secret of Seen?

Thanks so much beloveds.

Dream: Hanging and falling on stairs

Dream:

I saw that I was moving up stairs and meeting my university fellows. All of sudden one  of my university fellows came. I stood and gave him way to move up, but instead of moving up he pushed me in such a way that I got time to hang through the railings. After seeing that I’m hanging down the stairs, he got upset and was planning to hang in the same way so that if I fall he may fall with me or before me. I shouted not to do this but save me instead. Then he caught my hands and we both fell upstairs and we met before falling and that was full of peace.

After seeing this dream I got much upset that it’s going to happen to me. And whenever I’m worried, I used to see this dream that I’m urinating a lot.

Interpretation:

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

This dream can mean that you are
going up in your studies and that a friend
is going to help you not to fail your exam .
And both of you going to pass.
Urinating is making money (masha’Allah).

And Allah (jj) knows best.

Dream: Sahaabah’s time Kaabah

Dream:

Assalam walai kum wa rehmatullahi wa barkatahu,

I saw that I was watching the Kaabah of Sahaaba’s time. In that dream I realised that I was watching the Kaabah of Sahaaba’s time. Then at an instance I looked to my left & saw that 3 Sahaabiya were standing with one in the front and two were behind her, one on the left and other on the right (all of them were wearing white clothes and white scarf). Then I again looked to the Kabaah, then suddenly I was feeling pain in my stomach because of hunger and in that dream I realised that I was in Sahaabah’s time then I was refreshed.

Interpretation:

Audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim
Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm

Wa `alaykumu s-salāmu wa rahmatu l-lāhi wa barakātuh,

Mawlana Shaykh Hisham said about seeing the Ka’aba in dream : “Seeing Ka`ba in the dream means you are seeing the House of Allah swt and it means you are seeing and knowing the manifestation of Allah’s Light in your heart; as the heart of a mu’min is the house of Allah, as the Prophet (s) said.”

This dream shows also that you should get married to reach faster your spiritual destination insh Allah

And Allah knows best

Confusion between teachings of Hazrat Inayat Khan and Naqshbandi Order

Question:

Assalamualaikum,

I have been spending a lot of time reading the teachings of Hazrat Inayat khan and comparing it with the teachings of Naqshbandi Sufi Order. While the later is grounded to the compliance of the Quran and Sunnah, the former has a universal acceptance of all religions in the pursue of acquiring truth. It is imperative for Muslims or would be Muslims to be given a clear understanding of the differences in the teachings and if the universalism approach in obtaining the truth is compatible ultimately with Islam. I am grateful for the explanation.

Answer:

Wa `alaykum salam,

Please read Universal Sufism.
