Dream: Seeing fathers head removed

Dream:

Asalaam alaikum beloved eShaykh staff,

I saw a dream that I was with my brother on the street and I could see my dad across the road a few yards away. He was sitting with his head down. It was night time. I then saw a dark black figure on a black horse ride past me with a sword in his hand. He rode past my father and swung his sword and cut part of my dads head off. Me and my brother cried a lot and I began reading ‘Inna Lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un’ and I was on my phone trying to find some surahs to read for my dad. I kept thinking what would my mother do because my father is the only income in the house. I felt that my dad was a shaheed in the dream.

Please could you interpret this?

Wa `alaykum salam,

Insha-Allah your father and yourself will reach the state of those
“die before you die” with the baraka of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and
Mawlana Shaykh Hisham.

Dream: Being robbed in dream

Dream:

As-Salam WaAlaykum WR WB,

My mother-in-law saw my wife being robbed in a dream, they/we are subject to much black magic and I always pray for them. Please, Ya Sayidi, pray for us and our loved ones, I am [private] and my wife [private] are going through so much stress and depression we need to be together because when we are, we are so happy Alhumdulillah, we are not official yet. I love her so much and I would not be able to live if anything happened to her. Forgive me for burdening you, Ya Sayidi, I am an ignorant and filthy one. I love you all so much.

Interpretation:

Insha-Allah with Mawlana Shaykh Nazim al-Haqqani’s baraka that black
magic cannot harm you.

Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani is praying for you.

This is the general prescription for protection from Jinn and for Sihr.:

1. Recite the Du`a of Ayat al-Kursi once a day
2. Recite Ayat al-Kursi itself 3x a day

Kufr in movies/music

Question:

I know that intentionally playing blasphemous lyrics is kufr. What if a person is watching a video/movie and someone says something blasphemous in the video? Does the person watching the video blaspheme? Or is he still a Muslim? Because he didn’t know for sure that there would be blasphemy in the video and he didn’t intend to blaspheme.

Answer:

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

If he watches only, it may be sinful.

If he repeats or follows or believes in what is said in a song e.g. “There is no religion that can save me…” or “I’ve been locked out of heaven…” that is Kufr.

The best is to learn Tawhid and ‘Aqidah with chains of transmission (sanad) to be sure what constitutes belief and disbelief.

Tawbah (repentance) is the way out. Recite Astaghfirullah al-Azhim every day at least 100x.

Dream: My death

Dream:

Asalamualaykum wr wb,

I had a feeling of when my death was and in my dream I was telling myself “God, I wish I had some more time for ibadah“, it felt so real. The realization of when I was about to die was just so real. I cried and asked for forgiveness and didn’t do much else in my dream but I knew that I was close to dying. The closer I got to dying I just got more depressed and stayed home waiting for death and I kept telling my family in my dream sorry for the things I have done and how bad I was to them and I asked them to pray for me for the sake of Allah because I was really scared of the punishment of the grave. The dream felt real especially death at younger age.

Interpretation:

Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

Wa alaykum salam wr wb,

This dream can mean that a big change
is coming to your life, and a renewal of
the way you see life.

This is a good dream, it is a guidance to

Question:

Assalamualaikum Shaykh,

May Allah Taala bless all of the shuyukh and murids.

I’m currently living in a country where I am far away from home. I have practically no family or friends around. I sometimes feel very very lonely and my only hope is that my lord is with me.

Living in a Western country. I wonder how to live. Practically everything around in this country calls us to dunya. As much as I wish to be alone to protect myself from any badness, it’s now very heavy for me. Is it allowed for me to socialize with people around? And how can I alleviate the burden of loneliness? And the real question is how do I live? I don’t want to say that small sins are okay because my heart does not agree but how do I balance dunya and deen without doing ”sins”.

If you feel too disconnected, moving to a community with a greater number of Muslim population can help you. This shall be a social and religious support that you can depend on, and even contribute to.

To relax or not

Question:

I’m usually very strict on myself not letting myself watch t.v. and do stuff on computers but lately I’ve been stressing about the thoughts that are whispered to me, waswas, and the more I stress the more they come. Meditation and other wirds aren’t helping so to relax can I watch t.v. and use the computer? I feel like I’m over thinking stuff and won’t let things go.

Dream: Istikhara

Dream:

Husband did istikhara if I am good for his future or not – if he should remain with me or not.

He is with a girl face not shown – coming towards me with papers to divorce me. A man got stabbed nearby and he runs to catch the man who stabbed him.

Interpretation:

Sounds dreadful. He should stay with you, and Allah knows best.

Dream: Green Doom of Prophet S

Dream:

Assalam Alaikum Wa Rehmatullah,

Dear brothers, and MS Nazim & MS Hisham,

I got sleep at zuhar time and saw that I am in my old house building and checking old stuff in a place like a store in front my room. There I saw 4 or 5 different large image frames of the Green Dome of RasoolAllah SAS, and I was checking which one to pick to hang on my room wall. Then I find some books and I take 3 of them, a small white paper booklet on which Allah’s name and Surah Al-Mulk written. I put it my pocket and picked 2 books that are Hajj & Ummrah guide’s. I saw some silver iron rods used for bodybuilding exercises and on the wall written “Subhanim Allah Sultanim Allah Nabim Muhammad SAWS (please translate what this aya means too)”

Assalam Alaikum Wa Rehmatullah

Interpretation:

Wa `alaykum salam, wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

Insha-Allah it means you are going to make `umrah and visit Rasulullah
(s). If you do, pray two raka`ts there on behalf of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim
al-Haqqani and Shaykh Hisham Kabbani in the Rawdah. The body-building
means spiritual exercises, reading Holy Qur’an, to build up your
spirituality. “Subhanim Allah Sultanim Allah Nabim Muhammad
`alayhi’s-salam” means “Glory be to Allah, our King is Allah, our
Prophet is Muhammad, upon him be peace.”

Mufti Sahib, I am 13 years old and I had a dream that I see the Prophet Yusuf (Peace Be Upon Him) On camel or horse riding along the Nile river. Please tell me what does this mean?

Prayer Request: Uncertainty of my ideas

Question:

Asalamualaikum,

I would just like to ask about my situation. I am 19 and recently started an apprenticeship with an engineering firm. I work Tue-Fri full-time and go to University on Mondays. I am in my first year of this 6 year, long programme.

The problem I have is that, I physically and mentally cannot seem to keep up with this all. I have in my plans for this year such as Hajj and marriage but with the way my work is being so demanding as well as trying to study, I cannot seem to concentrate. Should I quit this opportunity or stick with my job?

Wasalamualaikum.

Answer:

Alaykum Salam,

Do not task yourself with everything at the same time but begin with what is most pressing and get that done first. You can finish what you started – your study and apprenticeship – and not let it go to waste, since you were given an opportunity and a place which were denied to others who would have wished to have them. You will get used to the pace
and it will become easier for you in sha Allah. Give sadaqa and postpone your excellent intentions of Hajj and marriage until you have more independence, time and maturity. It is good to have a clear long-term plan and stick with it faithfully while at the same time your sincere intention reaps you every reward if Allah were to take you back to Him tomorrow.
