Our Beloved Shaykh Nazim al-Haqqani (q) mentions that the Jinn will build palaces for Mahdi (a.s.) and he will rule the world with miracles. I am wondering how to correctly interpret the prayer of Solomon (a.s) in Surah 38 ayah 35 in light of these facts
Answer:
We are hardly qualified to compare the unimaginable miraculous endtime states with the unimaginable miraculous states of past Prophets. We can trust that just as the Holy Prophet, upon him blessings and peace, kept adab with the request of Sayyidina Sulayman, all his followers also will, including al-Mahdi. And we can at the same time look forward to his time, believe it is near, and ask to live to see it and be among his supporters, just as Mawlana always emphasized.
