For the last few days i’m feeling accelerated heartbeat, immense heat & energy sensations. Breath feels like its fire & heart is simmering. Heat increases with zikr & prayer so I’ve slowed but the heat is persisting. Please guide about it.

Zikr of the Name Allah alone can sometimes create heat. Zikr through salawat may cool this down. Try to increase salawat until it balances out.
