Question:
Asalaamualaikum Shaykh Saab, do I have to perform istikhara before taking bayah. My local Ustaad told me to perform istikhara before bayah as not every Shaykh contains the rizk provision of everyone. Therefore I have been told I have to take the bayah of a Shaykh whom contains my rizk and I have been told the only way I can find out which Shaykh will provide for me is through istikhara.
