Question:
As-Salaamu alaiykum wr wb,
Jazaka Allah for all who are maintaining this website. I have a question concerning the three la il la ha il Allah ‘s that are read after the fard Salah and its origin. I am sure it will come up.
Thank you all and all the best,
As-Salaamu alaiykum wr wb
Answer:
`Alaykum as-Salam, Ibn `Abbas said as related in Sahih al-Bukhari that people outside knew the Salat was concluded by hearing the sound of the Companions raising Takbir, a generic word for dhikr. It is also related from some of the early Muslims that they would specifically say la ilaha illallah right after Salam.
