Question:
Aslaamoalaikum,
I wanted to ask a question regarding which is the right Islamic way, because I have recently mashallah started following Islam praying and reading I’m confused about Sunni and wahabbi thing and there’s many more. Basically from what I’m studying and the people I’m getting information from tell me that if you go to peer is a shirk your associating partners with Allah SWT. Now that’s a very big thing there’s no forgiveness for that and I’m scared that I might be doing something wrong, my family say it’s not wrong they Sunni but they lack of knowledge I’m not sure.
Also I’m confused about the Thursday Khatam are we suppose to do it? I will very much appreciate it if you can answer my questions as I have very little knowledge and I don’t want to be getting it from the wrong place.
