Question:

I was a bit confused on the specifications of reciting the dua of hazrat Dawood, so please clarify for me, for i want to be as accurate as I can.
1. when you do the fast, is it as you would fast on a day in Ramadan?
2. If we go to take a shower, then do we take the taweez off our arm when doing so or leave it on at all times no matter what?
3. is this something we have to recite every Thursday after midnight, or does reciting it 30X once suffice?
4. I’ve heard that the taweez should be worn for 40 days, but if a women has her menses then does she take the taweez off in between or is it acceptable to leave it on regardless?
5. When doing the niyat for 2 rakat, what do we say?
