This best way is to learn about The Greatness of The Naqshbandi Murshids. We suggest that you read Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani’s book, The Naqshbandi Sufi Way. Then, ask Allah (swt) to guide you through your heart. Ya Hadi!

God has differentiated
His signs
for the mindful and far-seeing,
He made them firm
for pure hearts
that follow none
but the paths of guidance.
He gave rational speech
to all who keep on speaking
to our ears,
imploring and singing.
Their speech has bewildered our minds,
but He brought
the light of guidance,
and those were guided
who saw and became manifest
through His lights–
to Him belong the beginning
and the end!
