Answer:
What are your intentions in posting such questions? Know full well that followers of Ahl as-Sunnah wa ‘l-Jama`ah never open such divisive issues regarding the Wives and Companions of the Prophet (s). These are signs of sectarianism.
Loving the Sahaba arises from loving our Master, the Prophet (s). Enmity against them means enmity against him.
If that is for the Prophet’s Companions, what then do you think about the Family of the Prophet (s) and the Lady whom Allah swt Himself absolved of blame in the Ifk incident?
Our Prophet (s) declared: “Avoid speaking ill of my Sahaba!”
Sayyidina `Ali (r) declared in these combats, “Our brethren have parted from us. They are not disbelievers, nor sinners. For, they have been acting in accordance with their ijtihad. ”
As Ahl as-Sunnah wa ‘l-Jama`ah, that applies to each and everyone, from the “least” to the greatest, without distinction, for as Shaykh Gibril said, “the hair of any one of them is better than any number of us, except the awliyaullah.”
