Forgive me and guide me as a weak mureed Ya Sheikh. My mother purchased land in Pakistan and had a house built on plot as well. She rented the property out to a family. The tenant has since refused to leave the property, as we are trying to sell the house. This has been on-going for many years now. We refuse to have him evicted by using force, as we believe it is wrong. We request if you could do dua for us and tell us any wazifah we can read so he will leave peacefully for himself and for our sake. Excuse me for my ignorance but you may be our last hope, Inshallah you can help us and guide us, Ameen!

Insha-Allah read 70,000 hasbunAllah wa ni`ma al-wakil with your wife and some friends can help you finish it, even if it takes a few days. Offer it to Prophet (s) and insha-Allah with the baraka of Mawlana it will be solved.
