I would like to ask if it is possible to share a washing machine with non-Muslims, since their clothes might contain impurities which are not allowed in prayer.

wa `alaykum salam,
It is better not to share, as you don’t know what kind of things are on their clothes. If it is empty and you put only your own clothes it is OK. But if you are mixing your clothes with their clothes this is doubtful. If the machine is empty, it is clean, as it rinses everything in the end. So it is clean.
