Kindly clear my doubt about baitul mal it’s benefit, and how it should not be misused. Hadiths and Al Quron verses about baitul mal
Answer:

Bayt al-Mal is the state treasury of the Muslim state or community. It acts as a trustee that looks after the assets of the Muslims and all matters of revenue and economy. It was established by Sayyidina `Umar (r.a.) during his Khilafah for administering the state funds and have been developed and expanded further thereafter. The funds may be collected from Zakat, or personal donations, or from assets of Muslims who did not have any rightful beneficiaries. These assets can be generated towards public benefit like building roads, schools, hospitals, public works, and services for the poor and weak, and the like. The Bayt al-Mal may also disburse salaries for state/public employees including the Khalifa himself, the ministers and the army.
