After argument my husband wrote on a paper my name and I ‘dirocee’ divorce was not written properly. We checked this shaykh said divorce invalid.  in jan 2011 we argued and he told my family to collect me said that we move closer to family. We resolved issues and I came back to my parents .He never did and we argued in feb 2011 he said on phone I divorce you anger. We were told one divorce done
We not living together as he working away and refusing to come my parents home. i was told there is black magic. His behaves oddly. One minute he is serious then tearful then laughing. He is diagnosed with Huntington’s disease and needs treatment . I went to see him we got in to argument. He  phoned and following argument he said ‘I divorce you’ twice in anger but really did not remember that.

Answer:

If he is mentally fit then he has divorced you at least once and probably twice already. If he is mentally unfit it is up to you to stay with him and help him or consider yourself divorced. Recite “Yaa Wadud, Ya Hakim” x100 after every Salat and make istikhara.

Awrad without Whudu

Question:

Salaam alikum shaykh hisham and shaykh Gibril

Please help, am I allowed to read my daily awrad without whudu, for e.g: at work, in the car. I work very long hours and cant always keep my whudu, is it ok to read my awrad without having whudu? Also maulana made a sohbat long time ago saying all contraption is haraam, please verify the sohbat, does this include condoms? Jazakallah hairun, salaam alikum.

Answer:

Alaykum salam,

Wudu is best but not required for daily wazifa/awrad. Contraception is haram if done with permanent or damaging results. Condoms are allowed. Sahaba practiced ‘azl (ejaculating outside the place of conception).

May Allah give Sultan-ul-Awliya Shiekh Nazim al-Haqqani the best of health. Thank You

Answer:

There is a lot of material available already in answer of your question here on eShaykh and elsewhere such as livingislam.org. Please bear with us and use search engine.

Dream: White snake skin

Dream:

Salam aleykum,
My sister recently saw me in her dream. I had the skin of a white snake wrapped around the lower half of my body. When my sister saw it she got shocked and disgusted and came over to help me, she grabbed the snake’s head (although the snake skin was around me, it was a snake and had a head) so that someone one would come and help. She waited but no one came so she killed the snake from it’s head herself.

InshAllah khair, I hope you can interpret it for me.
JazakAllah wa khairan

Interpretation:

a`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem:

wa `alaykum salam,
This dream can mean that your sister is going to save you from a bad man who wanted to marry you. Who wants from you only the part he was wrapped around.

And Allah knows best.

Dream: Broken down world

Dream:

I keep having this dream where the world has all turned into a third world state and humans are now all living in apartment style compartments. Through out the dream everyone appeared almost like they were being controlled by some unseen force. There were several demons walking around, but there was always someone that would step in the middle before they could get a good look at me, or me at them. I kept trying to make people see, but no one would listen. I finally started praying and performing the steps. I was crying when I got up and asked a man that was next to me dressed in full white what was going on. Right as he was about to talk, more people started to pray even those outside the building that I was standing in. I walked towards the edge of the floor and looked down.

Interpretation:

a`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem:

This dream can mean that the material worldly people are going to be the same and you wish for them to realize the emptiness of it. Praying is the preparation for the Hereafter. Probably you are surrounded by dunya people and you wish for them to look at a better place.

And Allah knows best.

Dream: Isa (as) kneeling before me

Dream:

salaam alaykum,
I was standing on the staircase in my house and Isa (as) came out of my sister’s bedroom. He didn’t have glowing on his face (as I had anticipated) and hence was questioning whether he was Isa as a result of that. He had ginger hair/beard, he came to me, I kissed him on the cheek, he knelt before me and held my hand whilst I read Innatheena amanu wataqu al salihoon al sabirun (something like that), he was looking me in the eyes, smiling and nodding, when i finished he kissed me on the cheek and read something too. I had some money, he got up, went into the bathroom and said keep it.

Interpretation:

a`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem:

wa `alaykum salam,
This dream can mean that your sister has a healing that Isa (a) represented, and your sister needs for you to help her financially.

And Allah knows best.

Dream: Earthquake

Dream:

I saw myself in the middle of an earthquake. Dead at night,a strange place. In a very large bungalow. I’m asking the people there the way out,one comes and leads me to the exit. He shows me a door, but i ask isn’t there another way? Then suddenly the bungalow starts to shake terribly, but calm, moreover that boy is even more calm than me.I say to him “Oh! an Earthquake, I was fearing one” he replies “Ya, it is one”(No fear). I feel I am gone, its the end.I get to a balcony and i see the exit gate but i feared jumping off that floor.3 minutes the quake ends. I see 1 of my teachers who always liked me and received awards, who starts to appreciate me overwhelmingly and hugs me,says I was waiting for you etc. I start to ask him for any advice. He just says “Don’t worry” and goes away to his school work.

Interpretation:

a`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem:

wa `alaykum salam,
This dream can mean that you have conflicted ideas that contradict each other, represented by the earthquake. Try Jonah’s (a) du`a where he said, “Laa Ilaaha Illa Anta Subhanaka innee kuntu mina’z Zaalemeen.”

And Allah knows best.

Salawaat of Shaykh Sharafuddin

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Ta-‘ala Wa Barakatuhu!

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahiym
May Allah(swt) send peace and blessings upon all the Prophets and Messengers especially to the Prophet Muhammad. May Allah(swt) send peace and blessings upon all the Companions of Prophets and Messengers especially the Companions of Rasul(saw). May Allah send peace and blessing upon all Awliyas especially the Awliyas in the ummat of Rasul(saw). May Allah send peace and blessings upon us all.

What is the Salawaat of Shaykh Sharafuddin? and what are its benefits?

Forgive me for my manners and May Allah(swt) forgive us all
May Allah(swt) bless our Naqshbandi Sheikhs, especially Sheikh Nazim Haqqani(qs).

Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘Aalamiyn

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Ta-‘ala Wa Barakatuhu!
@}~’~,~~

Answer:

Wa`alaykumussalam,

This was explained by Mawlana Shaykh Hisham as the additional Salawat
‘ala Ashrafi l-‘Alamin Sayyidina Muhammadini s-Salawat…” followed by
the Salat of Sayyidina ‘Ali, which together form the Sayyid as-Salawat
that we recite daily, especially after the Qur`anic recitation
following the 5 daily prayers, including also at the end of the daily
Adab, Awrad and at the end of the Khatm al-Khwajakan.

Refer to these Suhbahs:

The Salawaat of Sayyidina `Ali Found Within the Naqshbandi Awrad

Sayyid As-Salawat: The Master of Salawats

Listening to folk’s bad dreams

Dream:

I have learned that if we feel a dream may be from shaytaan to keep it to yourself as it has no effect. My question is that a Christian friend wanted to and did share a couple of dreams he had with me, but I think they were both from shaytaan. I did not say this to him, as I did not want to disturb him, or the fact that I could be wrong. But one was of the darkest evil, that was obvious to him. The other dream was where shaytaan masks himself possibly in the most beautiful, but false light. This particular dream had lots of Christian symbolism to it, while being actually in my opinion Luciferian. My question is, since he insisted on telling me these dreams, how do I protect myself from their effects?

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Why are you worried his dream will affect you? The main worry you should have is that you interpret his dream in a negative way and this therefore comes to pass, for as our shuyukh have informed us, the first meaning attributed to a dream is what “sticks”.

Dream: Magic Knot (seher)

Dream:

My mother, father, cousins are in unknown house. I came into the house, mom making Eritrean coffee. There’s pain in my left foot and couldn’t walk on it. Everyone saw me in pain ,and came towards me . Then somehow there’s a knot in my hand. I opened it. Inside was square shape coal and a beeper. Opened the knot , foot felt better but still hurting. I carefully broke beeper in half , heard a man’s voice. He was chanting spell (mixing up Quranic verses). All were surprised and freaked out.

Mom wanted to help me. I told her just be careful for the coffee. I thought it might fall coincidentally on jinn, then the Jinn might take revenge. Mom saw jinn in bedroom and said ‘there it is’, I saw nothing, just felt it .I read Surat Ikhlas .I emphasized on ‘AuzubilahMeenAlShaytanAlRajeem‘. I was angry and scared.

Interpretation:

This dream indicates that the West, land of immigration, as indicated by the Eritrean coffee, is safety for you, and Allah’s Power will appear there preventing harm to you from jinn and shaytans, and strength to implement the Sunnah of Rasulullah, as represented by the coal. The dream indicates the importance of reciting a`udhu billah mina ‘sh-shaytani ‘r-rajeem Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem, and Surat al-Ikhlas as protection from them, so keep that practice.

and Allah knows best.
