Question:

I have for years wondered and experienced what i believe is the unseen. I wish to progress this further but only for my own spiritual progression. Do i have permission to do so with the hand of Maulana guiding me and if so what can a recite to progress? Allah reward you all for your help.

It is good to progress in worship and when you progress more in worship you will see more and more things that others cannot see. So, increase your awrad and increase your worship.

Prayer Request: FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES

Request:

Prayer request to help my family out of difficult financial times. My parents are involved in a serious financial case with the law and will have to go to court. They have wrongly been accused of taking money from a business and there is a chance they will be sentenced to prison. Please pray for my mother and father as they are innocent, also guide me by telling me which duas i need to do, to get out of this.

Recite 100x hasbunallah wa ni`ama ‘l-wakeel and 100x hasbunallah rabbunallah and the du`a of the blind man every day and state your problem in this du`a every day. insha-Allah they will be ok, we are praying for them.

ASALAMUALAYKUM to respected Maulana Sheikh Hisham Kabbani &all e shaykh team! I love my family,My mum sees me as a failure & always tells me she hates me. She’s constantly putting me down that I can’t stop crying when I leave the home. There is alot of jealousy & possessiveness between all family members.if I get close to my sisters Mum has insecurity, if I talk to my brother my mum doesn’t like it.If i talk to my father my mum doesn’t like it. If i talk to one sister she expresses hatred for the sister. mum wants me to move away from her,I keep falling back On a husband who’s separated & has betrayed me & deceived me & lies to me. I feel vey weak pls pray that Allah swa gives me strength to be independent enough to
Not be dependent on any one.

Dream: Love Making

Dream:

Salam,

I saw that I am having passionate love-making with my Ex-fiancée (who in reality is now married to someone else and I’m still unmarried). In the dream I saw myself as his wife and after a copulation, I saw myself a bit sad. We two are no more together and throughout that relation we didn’t even touch each other. Why did I see this???

Interpretation:

It indicates an argument with that person, and Allah knows best.

Ta’wiz

Question:

asslamu’alaikum ya Sayyidi Mawlana Sh. Hisham (q) and eshaikh staff, may ALLAH bless you all. I buyed ta’wiz that is in the form of necklace last week from the RUMICafe Jakarta, Indonesia. The rumicafe staff told me that the ta’wiz is original from Turkey and it had been blessed by Mawlana Sh. Nazim (q). What is the difference of the ta’wiz that blessed and not blessed? What is the use (benefit) of the ta’wiz? Wassalamu’alaikum

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

Tawiz means in Arabic ruqya and that is recommended by the Prophet (s) in many hadith and one of them the sahaba were wearing this ruqya on their neck. They asked the Prophet (s) to confirm this practice and he did. It must be from Quran or hadith or praising sahaba.

So all ruqya or tawiz has no difference in them if the Shaykh blows on them. We don’t say blessed them but we say he read on them. like someone has a car with no fuel, it doesnt run. you need the fuel so blowing off the shaykh on the ruqya or tawiz means it will give it an activation. although already it is a blessed ruqya but it will give more a spiritual taste to it that you are carrying somethigng that has been blessed.

The benefit of the ruqya is mentioned in many ahadith of the Prophet (s).

About sleeping less

Question:

I tried many times to sleep little And I sleep around 7 hours in average. I tried to sleep consecutively for 4-5 hours a day, and I can do it, but after 4-5 days my body totally collapses on me, and the next day I go to sleep, I don’t wake up until sometimes 9-10 hours of sleep. And its not laziness in my part, I just don’t hear the alarm I set up, sometimes even my wife will have to try waking me up for 1-2 hour until I hear or feel anything from her. Sometimes she will be yelling at me and poking me, but I still don’t hear or feel anything. My body just totally collapses, and I can’t do anything.

My question; How can I sleep less without my body collapsing on me, because I want to take up on the valuable advices of our Prophet(saw).

Answer:

Fasting too much

Question:

As Salamu Alaikum,

I know the Prophet (saw) didn’t want his companions to fast a lot, and if the sahabas insisted he told them to do the fast of Davud(as), which is to fast every other day. And I know the prophet(saw) used to fast monday and thursday. So I wanted to keep up with the sunnah of both prophets and I’m fasting continuously on;

monday,wednesday,thursday,saturday,

Is this too much fasting in the sense that the prophet (saw) didn’t want his sahabas to fast more than Davud(as)? Or is this permissible?

And if it’s not favored, should I fast on monday and thursday, or should I fast every other day like Davut(as)?

Prayer Request: For my sister & best friend

My childhood friend [private] is closer to me than a best friend she is exactly like my sister. both her parents are re-married and they are not supportive or practicing Muslims. [private] has been dumped at her grandmas house from a young age. she has been close to my family from a very young age because we support her like she is our own. Please pray for her she is studying at university now to get away from her grandma who treats her very badly she is not a good woman and does not look after [private] properly. Please pray allah guides her keeps her healthy and happy in this life and the next and brings her a good husband. thank you
