how to arrange meeting with Mawlana Shaykh (private message)

Question:

Assalaam alaykum.

I have some very serious issues, I need Mawlana to please recite over me. It is really difficult to travel, but was wondering when he is next in London, UK would it be possible for me to see him. how to arrange this please?

Answer:

wa alaykum salam,

These days private meetings with Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani are rare. Your best chance is to meet with Dr. Nour Kabbani, his son, who then may be able to relate the issue to Mawlana.

Women’s chronic discharge & wudu

Question:

Salaam

I redo my wudu for every salaah because of daily discharge women face. Is it okay if I do wudu for each salaah but before the start time begins or do we have to do it after the Start time for it to be valid?

Answer:

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum,

Sayyida Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) relates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said to Fatima bint Abi Hubaysh (Allah be pleased with her) who had the problem of chronic virginal discharge (istihadha): “Perform ablution for every Salat until the time of the next Salat appears.” (Sahih al-Bukhari)

Therefore, the Wudu will remain throughout the time of the prayer. One may offer obligatory (fard) prayers, optional (nawafil) prayers, touch the Qur’an and all the other forms of worship that require Wudu as long as that Salat time remains. Once, the Salat time comes to an end, fresh Wudu must be made.

“lots of salawat”

Question:

Salam,

You said their is no such thing as “lots” of salawat because Allah Ta’ala Himself does it. If I recite salawat once, surely that is not as good as reciting it 1000x times. So with this in mind, what is considered “a lot” such that a Wali would do?

Answer:

Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani has informed us that some Awliya may do up to 24,000 Salawat per day during khalwah, where each breath is one salawat. That is at the limits of physical understanding. As to what limits there are in the spiritual dimensions, we have no conception. Shaykh Hisham said in a suhbat dated 18 January 2013, “but for awliyaullah it is different, it is difficult; their salawaat is so complicated, so condensed of materials, so condensed of Light that we cannot (compare). ”
