Muraqaba is observance of your heart through zikrAllah and salawat which opens contemplation of Creation. As Allah tells us in Surat Ali `Imran 3:191:
الَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ اللَّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِهِمْ وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَٰذَا بَاطِلًا سُبْحَانَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Those who remember Allah standing and sitting and lying on their sides and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth: Our Lord! Thou hast not created this in vain! Glory be to Thee; save us then from the chastisement of the fire!

I dreamed that a woman (who recently met us for her son’s proposal for me); comes to our house asks me for sanitary pads and after using it, she starts praying and I’m thinking how can a person pray while she is menstruating..

A woman’s menses in dream points to income and helping her out points to sharing in it. The presence of salat indicates huge blessing so it is a positive dream.

I’ve been married recently and my husband and his family did not tell me that my husband was suffering from mental health illness/ psychosis. I dreamt that I was being attacked by a giant wasp and felt tense on my head and shoulders.

If such a medical condition is a fact then it is grounds for nullifying the marriage as he may be medically unfit for it, in addition to the misrepresentation/concealment of his mental health that resulted in deceiving you before tying the knot. Consult with your parents and relatives about that situation, as you do not have to carry such a burden unjustly placed on your shoulders.

You said Allah will conceal sins so long we dont expose them & stop. How about a bad habit that we want to stop but find it very difficult & so return to it even though we may wish to stop. So long as we keep trying to stop & repent, will Allah conceal it

From the teaching of our Mashaykh, yes, Allah is as-Sattar, The Veiler, and as long as we conceal our wrongdoing, Allah will conceal it and if we conceal others’ wrongdoing in this life Allah will conceal ours in the Afterlife, InshaAllah.
