Dream: Praying and death

Dream:

Asalamualaykum wr wb,

In my dream I had I was at Hajj and praying two rakat but not in front of Kaba. Then dying and telling family I’m alive and just wandering. Asking my parents to look at me and they can’t hear me. The only way I talk to my friends is through calling them and in one part of the dream when I first died I would hide under bushes and crawl because of the angel of death I think it was but I’m not sure, I just remember being scared. In my dream I also think before dying I smoked a cigarette and my family would smell me near them and would get small hints of my presence. This felt real. Please help. JazakAllahkhair

Interpretation:

Walaikumas salam wa rahmatullah,

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

This dream is indicates that you will be or already under the guidance of a true shaykh of this time. Insha Allah your bad habits will die away and your iman will be rejuvenated (this is dying and being alive again) before the angel of death comes.

Part 2) a man coming towards me, can’t see his face just the chest, trips and I put my hand on the chest to stop him from falling and he doesn’t fall. Another man says to me move all the shoes that are in the way of that person, so I start putting them all to one side, then he carry’s on walking.

2) I see milk in the fridge. 3) Lion trys to attack my son, I come and fight the lion then dream ends.

Answer:

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

Wa alaykum asalam,

This (1) dream can mean that you are taking responsibility beyond your measure ,
(2) you are trying to help someone to get back on their feet ( finding a job , an income)
removing the shoes is removing the jobs that are not suitable for this man.
Milk in the refrigerator is a hidden benefit . 3) lion is a sickness and you are going
to heal your son from it.

And Allah (jj) knows best.

Dream: Teacher

Dream:

As salam aleykum,

My dream began in a house with a long hallway. I was flying with the feeling of finding my teacher, opened a door and there was a man sitting in a bright window. I only saw his shadow, by his clothes he was someone from the tariqa. It was strange for me. I’m studying with Salafis and I’m Mexican. Now I’ve started studying tariqa and I’ve not taken a bayat yet.

Interpretation:

Wa `alaykum salam,

That dream is showing you the future in-sha-Allah you will take the hand of a Sufi Shaykh and follow him, resulting in a spiritual ‘flight’, and Allah knows best.

Dream: Killer whale and seals

Dream:

I was driving a car and the vehicle came close to ocean and eventually I was in middle of a ocean of water. I got out of the vehicle and try to save myself. I decided to make dhikr and say my shahadah. Each La illaha illah I said my body flung out of the ocean and I was for an instant flying over the ocean of water but I eventually came back down to the ocean. Then I saw seals do the same as I but this time when I looked down I saw an ocean filled with killer whales eating the seal. I knew for sure I was next so I had a stick with me to fight off the killer whale if they attacked me. As soon as I was ready to fight one whale under me with a stick that is when I woke up.

Interpretation:

That’s an ocean of knowledge protected by great saints (killer whales). To receive that knowledge you must strengthen your constancy of dhikrullah, especially tahlil (la ilaha ill ‘Llah), build your spiritual innocence (represented by seals) by avoiding harm to others, backbiting, lying and deceit, and establish yourself in the Sunnah of the Prophet (s),  represented by the stick. Then these big saints will grant you from what Allah gave them, in-sha-Allah, and Allah knows best.

Dream: Swapping shoes

Dream:

Assalamu alaikum,

Two weeks after my mother passed away, I had a dream about her. We were in my dining room. There was a feast on the table. I recall telling my mother that I had to run out and get the kids and I will be right back. She asked for my moccasins. I said ‘Mom, my feet are smaller than yours.’ She said that was okay. She then took off her moccasins and handed them to me and I gave her mine. I place her shoes on my feet and she place mine on hers. She seemed pleased.

I am hoping you can explain this dream from me.

Thank you!

Interpretation:

Wa `alaykum salam,

The feast indicates your mother is accepted in Paradise, and Allah knows best, and your trading shoes shows you will inherit her spiritual character, in-sha-Allah, and she is pleased with you.

Prayer Request: Remove obstacles

Request:

Assalamu alaykoum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh,

Mawlana Sheikh,

By the Will and Mercy of Allah (swt), I was finally made to see who my real enemies are and as deeply saddening it is to me, I have to be strong and make changes. I need to move out of the house but I am jobless and I do not have money. I am also unmarried but the environment I live in is toxic because of envy and backbiting and emotional, and verbal and mental abuse. I want to get married inchAllah and get a job. Please pray for me.

Jazakallahu kairan

Permission to visit and accept guidance from Shaykh Hisham Kabbani

Question:

Assalmualykum.

Bismillah hirahman nirrahim. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

I currently live in Australia and want to visit America for 2-3 weeks after Ramadan to see Shaykh Hisham Kabbani and accept guidance and advice from him. Would it be best for me to just travel to the mosque he resides primarily at? and if so where is this located so I can arrange my travels. As Australia is a very isolated location it is not often that we receive such enlightened scholars, and I have decided that it is on my own shoulders to travel and learn as I need to improve my current situation.

Thank you for your help
Jazakallah

Answer:

Shaykh Hisham is away from the States after Ramadan for about one month. After that you may visit, but check the sufilive schedule and confirm with his PA Shaykh Ishaq first.
