Lost Post – Wudu Steps

Question:

Auzbillah Minash Shaytaanir Rajeem
Bismillah Ir-Rahman Ir-Raheem

Assalamu-Alaikum Waramatullahi Wabarakatu eshaykh staff:

I had bookmarked “wudu steps” to which Sheikh Hisham Kabbani had replied at length about how to properly perform wudu with full supplications, but it has been lost. The post contained a detailed explanation of ablution steps for people who want to follow higher ideal of shariah. Therefore, on my own behalf (and other similar minds), I humbly request the restoration of the post, as I am still learning. Alternatively, I request that you please ask Sheikh Hisham Kabbani (may Allah bless him) to again give that complete explanation here. Jazakumullahu khayran.

The former link was from https://eshaykh.com/ibadat-worship/salat-prayer/wudu-steps/

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

The post has been added back at the same address.

1) Shaykh Hisham Kabbani is one of the great saints who is connected to many silsilas, including that of your deceased Shaykh, may Allah bless his soul, perhaps through spiritual (Uwaisi) link or perhaps a physical one.

2) Keep rabita to your deceased Shaykh, out of love and respect, and then your rabita is to Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and include Shaykh Hisham out of love and respect as well.

Zikr in Brazil

Question:

786
Assalamu Alaykum wa RahmatuLahi wa Barakatuh!

I Hope Allah (SWT) Bless Sayyidina Muhammad (SAWS), Mawlana Shaykh Nazim (Q) and all the mashaykhs.

I live in BraziI, and lead the zikr in my town. There are people who are approaching the tariqa and attending the zikr, although they are not Muslims yet.
One of these people came to me and said that he will have college on Thursday night, so he won’t be able attend the zikr anymore. So, what I have to do? Can i change the zikr day? Or can I give him an audio record of Mawlana’s zikr and a paper with the recitations in order for him to make zikr in home another day?
Thank you for you kindness and answers in my questions!

Answer:

wa `alaykum  salam,

In-sha-Allah Shaykh Hisham Kabbani is praying for the success of your gathering.

You may make a Dhikr gathering on Saturday when most people are free, in addition to the Thursday Dhikr. I suggest you have everyone attending bring some food in order to make it a festive event, perhaps once a month. You may also, in addition to the normal Khatm, recite Mawlid from the book Mawlid Dayba’i. You might do this special gathering once a month or as often as is convenient and not a burden.

Dream: Moving moon

Dream:

AOA,

My son is nearly 15 years old had a dream about the moon. He saw the moon moving, kind of hovering in the sky at a fast speed. The he saw that the moon changed in to a bird which has a big beak and flies away in the sky. He was wondering what it can mean. It will be really kind of you if you can give the interpretation of this dream. Before conceiving my son (who saw this dream) I saw crescent moon made of gold 2 or 3 stars attached to it fell on my childhood house roof. Me and my sister see it I get scared so my sister picks it up (same sister who was with me at the birth of my son who saw the dream she held him before me when he was born).

It means that it will guided to reach perfection of Islam (represented by the moon) through the guidance of Awliya’ullah (represented the bird). The sky represents heavenly station or marifatullah.

Dream: Things inside one another

Dream:

I had a dream with regards to achieving goals in which I saw something which was inside another, and this something was inside another and so on. What could this mean?

Thank you

Interpretation:

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

This indicates you must not give up and must keep on trying when matters get difficult. Your success in any matter of this world or in spiritual world depends on your relentless persuasion. Your answers are not in the open. You will need to dive deep. Above all have trust in God.

All of a sudden I seek a spot but the water was still rushing towards me, a women in the dream sees me and tells me not to stay in that spot, it wasn’t safe so she took me in a small flooded room where the water wasn’t rushing anymore. Answer:

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

Walaikumas salam wa rahmatullahi,

Alhamdulillah, this possibly means in your journey of life there will be difficulties as we all have, but have faith in Allah and help will come when least expected. What you think is a solution may not be the solution. Consult with your husband as he is a support for you. Insha Allah there is a saint looking out for you that is from your family.

Is meat Halal if killed by trained animals?

Question:

Sura 5:4

“they ask thee what is lawful to them. Say lawful unto you are all things pure; and what we have taught your trained hunting animals catch in the manner directed to you by Allah; eat what they catch for you, but pronounce the name of Allah over it; and fear Allah; for Allah is swift in taking account”

Question 1: what is meant by –  “catch in the manner directed to you by Allah” – is there a certain way the prey must be caught by the hunting animal?

Question 2: I am assuming this applies to any animal taught to hunt – falcons, dogs, cheetahs, etc…

Thank you

Answer:

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

You are right. If a trained animal (dog, bird etc.) causes such injury to the animals being hunted, causing in this way its death, then such an animal is Halal.

Student Loans and weather should I even pay them

Question:

Salamulaykum

I am a college graduate working as a policeman in the US. When I was in school I took out student loans even though they had interest. There are not Islamic banks or well funded Islamic organizations in my area and I am aware that interest is haram in our deen and was vehemently opposed to this. I have two questions: 1) Should I repay these loans even though its has interest? 2) By taking these loans have I committed a sin?

Answer:

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

The Ulama agreed that any loan with interest is Haram. Repent and ask forgiveness and promise not to do it again. Unless you can avoid paying the interest, pay it as you are forced to do so, but hate it in your heart.

Dream: Confined

Dream:

salam,

I am confined in a construction made of small bricks. No doors no windows. Everything closed only one opening due to a single brick missing. Through this opening I see my father away, I hand him my right hand through this opening, I knew that if he took it I would be released. He refuses. Then I look again through the hole and I see my father turning into my brother. I hand my right hand to my brother too, he also refuses to take it.

Interpretation:

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

Wa `alaykum as-salam.

This dream can mean that you should not neglect to visit and to show love to them. It is called Silatu’r-Rahim.

And Allah `azza wa jall, knows best.
