You feel it because it is real and it is harmful. Recite Surat al-Ikhlas and the Mu`awwadhitaan (Suras al-Falaq and an-Nas) 3x each plus Ayat al-Kursiyy and then blow on yourself as our mashaykh have taught us from Rasoolullah (s). Wear the Tawiz of Grandshaykh at all times.
