Begin practicing the Daily Awrad of the Initiate.
For problems give a daily sadaqa, no matter how small because the Prophet (s) said, “Sadaqa repels afflictions and lengthens life.” You can put a little box by your door with a slot for money and put some change in it every day. Recite in addition to your awrad: hasbunallah wa ni`ama ‘l-wakeel 100x.
