talqin al-mayt

Question:

Assalamu alaykum warahmatuLlahi wabarakatuh,

Please can you provide me with the Arabic text of Talqin al mayyat which is recited at the graveside immediately after burying the deceased. I have found some material on eshaykh.com but the Arabic text is unvowelled and difficult to read. I have also found a version on http://taqwa.sg/v/articles/talqin-al-mayyit/. The Arabic text on this website is vowelled but the problem with this version is that some of the words throughout the document have both a fatha and a kasra on them. For example in line 5 the word ‘kharajti, ‘kunti’, ‘hayatiki‘ have BOTH a fatha and a kasra at the end of them which is very confusing. This occurs throughout the document for several words and I’m guessing it pertains to masculine or feminine forms of the word. I don’t know Arabic and hence I’m struggling and frustrated.

Please can you provide some guidance and resolve the confusion relating to the document on http://taqwa.sg/v/articles/talqin-al-mayyit/ or can you provide an easy to read version of Talqin al mayyat.

JazakAllahu khayran
