forgiveness in arrogance

I have been bad to my parents, brothers and servants, and still am arrogant. I tried many times to repent but I can only do it in closed door to myself. I tried to change much, believe me i did, but still i end up :'( .. is there another way to repent that i wont have to go face them and apologize but Allah will forgive me?
is there a way, someday i would wake up and be a better person altogether, like someone waved a magic wand on me at night?

Asalamoalikum ya saydi,i am very narvous to ask the question,i took bayah about 6-7 yeras ago,but i am not practicng the teaching as i suppose to be,Allah bless me with lovely kids and husband but still am commiting sins known and unknown,Sumtimes i really practice all the things but am not consistant,my husband also didnt have even basic knowledge about deen ,its been 5 yeras i have been married and after these 5 years now he knows namaz but sumtimes if i tell him anything about deen sumtimes i feel he need proof about quran,even ALLAH,i am reallllyyy sacred.
