forgiveness in arrogance

I have been bad to my parents, brothers and servants, and still am arrogant. I tried many times to repent but I can only do it in closed door to myself. I tried to change much, believe me i did, but still i end up :'( .. is there another way to repent that i wont have to go face them and apologize but Allah will forgive me?
is there a way, someday i would wake up and be a better person altogether, like someone waved a magic wand on me at night?

presenting award to those who have passed away

Assalam u alayekum syyedi sheikh hisham!
if i present the sawaab of daily award and wazifa to my father and other relatives (who have passed away),is it permissible or the award and wazifa is only for those prescribed in “ihda” mentioned by you.?
and moreover may i also include Syeda Bilal and Syedna Uwais eQarni RaziAllah Anhum and Syedna Junaid Baghdadi,Syedna Ali Bin Usman Al Hajveri,Syedna Sheikh abdul Qadir Jilani,Syedna khawaja Muin ud Din Chishti,Syedna Khawaja Nizam ud din,Syedna Sheikh Ahmad Rifai and Syedna Sultan Bahu RehmatUllahi Alaye him ajmaeen. and may i also mention the name of Syedna Mujaddid Alf Sani Qaddas Sirruhu when reading ihda as after Syedna Shah Naqshband he is one of the main pilars of silsila.
