Is Mawlana Sheikh Nazim giving permission to travel

Please could you let me know if Maulana Sheikh Nazim is allowing people to travel for vacations etc. In a recent sohbet they were discouraging people to travel any where for more than 3 days due to the global events. Is this still the case?
