Dream: Words in gold

Dream:

My husband dreamt I gave birth to a baby girl and named her myself. On the same night I dreamt I was teaching elementary students outdoors. Two students walked into each other. One rolled toward a high stack of grass. I thought the grass will cushion her but she fell into a deep hole under it. I ran to get help but saw middle-aged men in white on their way to Friday prayers; one with walking stick. I thought they couldn’t help and get a young man about 30s. As we reach school, I see many students at the roadside and feared the student had died. A fire engine left the school, towing an open container carrying a wedding dais with bride, groom and people seated, all in white. Behind them is a bright red cloth with words “La ilaha illallah” in gold, and other words too small to read.

Dream: Milad Speech

Dream:

Salam, I saw myself in the open place just besides the holy tomb of Rasool Allah (S.A.W). The time maybe was just before sunrise or before sunset. It was very pleasant.I saw myself explaining some people the virtues and blessings of Mawlud un Nabi ( S.A.W). and explaining then that it is not bida’ah. Please intrepret my dream.

Jazakallah

Interpretation:

This dream can mean that you are going to give da`wah to sunrise people (Christians) and sunset people (Jews) about the importance of Rasoolullah (as).

And Allah knows best.

Dream: Given a number.

Dream:

Assalamu’alaykum.
After my mother passed away, she appeared in my dreams a number of times. In one, she stood in front of me saying somethings which I could not hear clearly. I could only hear clearly the last word she said which was actually a number. The number was 1606. Upon hearing the number, I felt in awe but puzzled. I quickly said ” who told you that? did HE(I meant Allah swt) tell you?”. My mother then turned her head over her left shoulder to look behind her and then returned to face me and said “yes” and the dream ended there.
MasyaAllah, always seeking and in need of your guidance, please help me understand the meaning of this dream. Thank you very much.

Interpretation:

Alaykum Salam,
Surat 16 verse 6 says, “There is for you in cattle beauty as you lead them home in the evening and lead them out in the morning.” It means day and night feed the poor, clothe them, and shelter them on her and your behalf as that sadaqa will be indescribable beauty for you both in the hereafter.

Her glancing back over left shoulder signifies the affirmative part of the Shahada, “ILLALLAH,” as the hereafter is all Dhikr. And Allah knows best.

Dream: Making Adhan

Question:

Assalamwalailkum,
Please help me with the interpretation .. Few days ago I had a dream that I started giving azaan, but suddenly I could not complete the azaan because I forgot the verses of the azaan so a friend was standing near me and I told him that ” I will not give the azaan as I don’t know the subsequent verses of it “. Please tell me .. khudahafiz.

Answer:

Alaykum Salam,
It is a reminder from your own soul for you to raise adhan at home and
when praying alone, not to leave it and the other sunnas of Salat out,
as you will be rewarded for fulfilling them, here and hereafter.

Namaz and a sunnah of hazrat abu bakar R.A

Question:

In Pakistan people stand up for jamat namaz after the moazin says hayya alas salah some say this a sunnah. I have also heard that its a sunnah to stand immediately on Allah o Akbar as soon as the ikamat starts please clear the confusion in the light of sahi ahadith. Also in Pakistan people kiss their thumb and put it on their eyes when they hear the Prophet’s sallalahoalaihewasallam name I saw a video of shaykh Hisham in which he said hazrat Abu Bakar R.A did this practice. please clear this in the light of sahi ahadith as some say this is a new practice and has no roots in deen.

Jazak Allah khair may Allah subhanawata’ala give you people specially shaykh hisham a long life and grant you with the bounties of both the worlds. Please ask shaykh Hisham to visit Karachi Pakistan.

Answer:

Exact time of standing in iqama is not finalized in textual evidence but
is a matter of ijtihad; therefore both positions are valid but
preference goes to hayya `ala as-salat or when the imam is already
standing either at your row’s level or ahead of you. As for kissing
thumbs see here.

Continuation, Riba question…

Question:

Assalam o Alaykum,

Thanks for answering my question. I think I have not made my question clear to you. I wanted to ask, how to stay safe from these cheaters who are fooling us in the name of Islamic Banking, when we know that there is no concept of Profit in Lending in Islam, when they ask us to cut 6% profit on lending, means they are charging interest in disguise, but innocent Muslims don’t realize this. How shall we protect ourselves from this, specially our family members who are unknowingly involved in this kind of interest bearing loans from Islamic banks.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

The Prophet (s) said:
Man ghashshanaa falaysa minnaa.
Who cheats us is not one of us! (Hadith)

Intuitive Therapeutic Massage

Question:

Assalamu Alaykum,

I went for a massage recently not realizing it was an intuitive massage, something I hadn’t heard of until then.

The therapist is able to sense the stress in the body as well as “talk” to the body via intuitive means, concentrating on certain parts of the body. After the session I was told that I was on a spiritual journey, seeking something but I wasn’t connecting with my soul, that I had a spiritual journey to fulfill and that my soul feels it wants to be around nature. She felt that my coming to her was not coincidence and that she could help me get to the spiritual place that I want to be.

This woman is not Muslim, but most of what she said was pretty accurate as I am on a spiritual journey and seeking…

Does Islam view this practice as acceptable?

Shukran.

Answer:

Alaykum Salam,

Most everyone is on a spiritual journey and loves nature. It is best for the person who lays hands on another not only to be Muslim but also to have wudu’. Short of that at least it is okay if the person has a good and gentle soul; but leave the spiritual guidance to Mawlana Shaykh Nazim (Allah bless his secret)!

Prayer Request: Dua for our Nikkah

Request:

Assalamualaikum Mawlana Shaykh Hisham, Alhamdulilah with Allah’s blessing I have gotten to know a sister whom InshaAllah I would like to get married to. I was attracted to her modesty and faith in Islam. And the sister feels the same way about me (Alhamdulilah). However mutually we have decided to inform our parents and have the Nikkah in two years InshaAllah due to age. We converse through text and phone conversations. We do not engage in meeting at public places nor is there any form of physical engagement between us. Mawlana Shaykh Hisham, please ask dua for us to stay away from any sin, to continue on the righteous path and InshaAllah for us to have the Nikkah as we agreed upon even though it is a longtime to wait. InshaAllah with your blessings we will be able to fulfill our imaan and our nikkah. Wasalam

Response:

Alaykum Salam,
Mawlana Shaykh Hisham is praying for you.

Dua and Zikr for Repentence

Question:

Assalamu Alaikum,
Dear Mawlana,
I have taken bayat online, inshaAllah I would like to know if my bayat has been accepted.

Also mawlana, over the past years I have committed countless sins and hurt people, I have continued to ask repentance from Allah and sadly have committed them again. However I have noticed that I have reduced it greatly and would like to reduce it further. Please provide me with zikr which I can pray daily to ask for repentance inshaAllah.

And Mawlana please ask dua for me to forgive all my past sins and to continue on the righteous path inshaAllah.

Wasalam.

Answer:

Wa`alaykumussalam,

Alhamdulillah, you have made bay’ah to Mawlana Shaykh Nazim. We always advise that to keep with pious company, never miss the five daily prayers, keep doing the daily dhikr, make Salawat upon Prophet (s.a.w.), do good deeds whether with your wealth or energy. And do not ever speak of your past sins – forget about them and move on. Allah Almighty is the Merciful, the Forgiver, and He observes us, so keep this in mind.
