Dream: The night after miraj

Dream:

Salaam, this is from my sister-in-law’s cousin who would like an interpretation. She stayed up and prayed on the night of miraj nafls, fasted the day then had a dream that there was a big boat on the sky, on a new planet. She asked her mum who the lady was. Her mum said this is our Nabi’s wife. They spoke to her telling her that there was space on the boat but you have passed away; let me get permission from my house people. Permission was granted, Nabi’s wife had a black scarf and fair skin, When on the boat, she saw lots of animals. She had her own room but saw a lady stealing her money but she caught her.

Interpretation:

Salam `alaykum,
Plane and boat indicate travel. Mention of the Prophet’s family (upon him and them blessings and peace) in the dream is an excellent sign. Animals on the boat are like the ark of Prophet Nuh (upon him peace) which stands for the Sunnah, because you have revived it by praying at night and fasting. Theft is goodness insha-Allah, or jealousy on someone’s part toward you, and Allah knows best.

Permission to read dua Daud alayhisalam

Question:

Salam,
I had a fight with my wife (Ex) over a petty issue of giving respect to her husband & the wife’s duty as per Islam. I was rude to her & I did apologise to her for my acts on that day or any before that. I also apologised in front of Allah for my act. She refuses to talk to me or come back to me telling that me & my family were liars & have tortured her,which I am still unable to understand how. She has sent khulla. I can’t accept someone else in my life. I am confused. I want to read the dua Daud Alayhisalam. I believe that she will be happy with me & so will I. Please advise if I can do this to make her come back to me? If yes please let me know the procedure and persmission for the same. If you can send me the Dua it will be of great help.

Recite ya Wadud 100 times daily or after each prayer. Renew your apology to her in writing, and send her a gift as well.

Dream: Stomach dropped

Dream:

It is dark and and in an elevated room Mawlana Shaykh Hisham is sitting on a chair with another awliyaAllah. Other doctors are presenting reports on patients to them. My husband and I are in the room with them. My husband is trying to wake up a creature, with a stick, that is fast asleep, he is unsuccessful in waking it up.
The light focuses on each doctor as he reports on his patient. The patients are all paralyzed with a grimace on the face – a frozen smile. I feel very scared as I watch this and move very close to Mawlana Shaykh Hisham, then I sit by his feet. As the spotlight goes from one doctor to the next each mentions the activity the patient was engaged in when the stomach of the patient dropped.

Interpretation:

The dream points to the questioning of the grave, and paralysis in dream denotes sin. With connection to Awliya, fear is taken away and insha-Allah reviving can take place at our hands, provided we keep that connection alive.

How to relieve debt

assalam o alikum my family is in debt and we are very worried how we pay the amount. Kindly assist us and tell us dikr to relieve from debt urgently.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

Abstain from using the credit cards unless absolutely necessary and that you know you CAN pay the fees on time. Spend within your means, not for what your desire.

Shahada

Question:

Assalam u alayekum Syedi Sheikh Hisham!
In the state of impurity (either major or minor) is it permissible to recite shahada (either loudly or silently) i.e in response to azaan etc. And if a person in the state of impurity unintentionally listens to someone sending salaat, should he send salaat as well or refrain from it (as he is in the state of impurity).

Reciting Quran while sleeping

Question:

Assalam u alayekym Syedi Sheikh Hisham!
I have experienced this for more than one time that I wake up reciting some Surah (silently, not loudly). Recently, once I woke up reciting Sura e Asr and once I woke up reciting Sura Alam Nashrah.
I fear that if I made a mistake regarding the pronunciation or if I  was in a state of impurity at that time, shall I be considered guilty before Allah?

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

To recite from the Qur’an, at any time, is always a good thing and big blessing, more so if it happened in your sleep (i.e. a dream) or when wake from an unconscious state. There is no harm or wrong in it because you did not intend to in the first place. It shows your heart is connected with the Qur’an, and I pray that Allah Almighty makes you from Ahl al-Qur’an.

It is poignant you recited Surat al-`Asr when you woke up, as it is to remind you the `Asr (Time for Judgement Day) is near but people are heedless (fee khusr). You should keep up with Iman (illa-ladheena Aamanu), do good deeds (wa `amilu s-Salihaat), be steadfast in Truth and Patience (watawasaw bil-Haqqi watawasaw bis-Sabr). “Alam nashrah” is a cooling to the heart as Allah Almighty declared to His beloved Prophet (s) “Have We not expanded for you your breast,” (Alam Nashrah laka Sadrak?) So Insha-Allah your heart shall receive contentment.

Naqshbandi Haqqani clothing

salaam suffi saab. I wanted to know that the clothing which Sheikh Nazim via Naqshbandi Haqqani wear. Where does this take on from? Is it sunnah? Because I have heard that the kurtha is sunnah till half shin

Mawlana Shaykh Nazim (may Allah grant him long life!) wears the turban, jubbah, qamis (short and long ones), vest, sirwal – (all loose fitting and no see-through clothing), walks with a stick in one hand and has the prayer beads in another, carries a miswak, and walks with sandals. If anyone can tell us that those are not from Sunnah attire of Prophet Muhammad (s), please, tell us what is?

Prayer Request: To lift awarid from my family

Please pray for me and my family, in the last two years we have had loads of problems including financial loss, failing exams (in children who were straight A students before), personality change to a mean personality in someone who was sweet before and lack of career progression. I have a suspicion as to who may have put seher on my family but I do not want to transgress. Please please please make dua and offer me advice ya Sheikh before this destroys my family. We are of good standing and I think there are lots of jealous people including close relatives. Jazak allahu alf khair

Personal Purpose

Question:

Asalamoalaikum,

In a recent sohba Maulana Shaykh Nazim explained how to find your special purpose in life i.e. the reason behind your creation. But due to my limited knowledge I didn’t understand this answer. Could you please explain this answer to me? Who does one ask or how to find one’s purpose? Thankyou!

Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem,

wa `alaykum salam,

I agree with you that this is a huge umbrella of knowledge under which we are trying to find our way. Before coming to this earth and body, on the Day of Promises we agreed to the Lordship of our Creator. Each of us has a unique relationship to that promise that is found by following the Prophet (s) and Awliya.
