Prayer Request: masked intention

Request:

Asalamu alaykum,

I have a problem with this guy who I thought would be introducing me to the man that im interested in marrying. Instead it turns out he’d interested in me and he’s turning that man against me as well as telling me lies about him. I’m hurt because I opened up to him and he ruined by trust. I’m afraid of what he may have told the other guy. Besides the dua of sayyidina dawud is there anything else that I can read or a dua that I can say to get him to approach me.

Response:

wa `alaykum salam,

In a previous post, Shaykh Gibril said to recite 100x ya Wadud.

About loving a girl and parents

Question:

salam shaikhs, my question is that i love a girl and she loves me as well. I wish to continue with this relation as i find the girl perfect as the one i dreamed about. So, i want to know if there is any specific dua which i can make so as Allah writes her name in my destiny, as my wife, and doesn’t get any problem in this relation, from anywhere (Allah protect this relation) and second question is how can i make her parents agree to get her daughter to marry me (i didn’t yet talk to her parents but the girl says she doubt her parents won’t accept). I don’t want anything worldly to come in between our conversations. So please, tell me about any way of doing this. Whatever your answer, i’ll accept it. The girl’s name is [private] and mine is [private], don’t know her mother’s name..i don’t want to do namaz-e-istighara or durood-e-dawood.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

Per Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani for such situation:

  • laa hawla wa laa quwatta illa billah 100 times daily

Rinsing the mouth in Ramadan

Question:

Assalamu aleikum!
I’d like to know whether it is allowed not to rinse the mouth in wudu during Ramadan to avoid occasional swallowing of its remains – I constantly have doubts about it
I have read on this topic that rinsing the mouth is obligatory – rukn -only during total ablution – gusul – and it is only a sunnat – in wudu (non-obligatory) Still I have some doubts about it. If I clean my teeth before dawn I don’t have any smell phlegm or dental plaque in my mouth the whole day
And the second question is if it is allowed to take a shower including head and hair if your gusul is not broken (you have no reason to renew gusul) and if the total shower is necessary only for hygiene

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

Please see the Post “Washing the mouth in fasting“.

Naqshbandi wird order

Question:

Assalamu-aleikum!
I’d like to clarify some points concerning pecularities of Naqshbandi wird.

1. What’s the separator between different days’ Naqshbandi wirds – sunset or sunrise?
(in Shadhili both sunrise sunset)
2. Does Naqshbandi wird break if sun begins to riseset?
(in Shadhili breaks)
3. Is it allowed to divide Naqshbandi wird to several parts and read separately from each other in different day times? Is it allowed to interrupt reading wird to answer someone? Or change the consequence of reading different parts or to read salawat Fatiha instead of salawat sharif?
(in Shadhili it is all forbidden)
4. How to read Naqshbandi wird during menstruation? Is it necessary to repay missed wird after it?
(in Shadhili allowed to read during menses)
5. Is Naqshbandi rabita done after Ihda, to alive shaykh?
(in Shadhili after ihda to dead shaykh)
6. What’s the best time for Naqshbandi wird? (In Shadhili after fajr and asr)

Answer:

Dream: Moulana Shaykh Nazim (QS)

Dream:

Bismillahi rahmani raheem

Please interpret this dream for me.

My nephew (an awliya child, 2 years now) and I were sitting on a white marbled floor. The floor was white and shiny. When i look up I see a university style building. In my dream, I begin to understand that it was built by our Mowlana Shaykh Nazim (QS) and given to people for education purposes. In the middle was an oasis and Moulana was standing next to it. Moulana came to where we were, to the marbled floor. He was smiling. I was carrying my nephew who was kissing Moulana’s cheeks and playing with him. I, too wanted to kiss his cheeks although I didnt get to.

Please forgive my lack of adab

JazakAllah Khair
