I believe I started masturbating when I was 14. When I was young I masturbated a lot, 3-4 times a day. Now I am 29 and still masturbating. The frequency now is 3 times a week. I have never stopped masturbating for more than a month. I mostly use porn as stimulating myself.
I want to know besides, doing wudu, taking cold shower, and fasting what collection of ayats from Quran that can be read to keep away from sexual thoughts from mind. Since doing wudu, praying, fasting are not always feasible at work.
I need selected ayats from Quran that I can read X amounts of times regularly to keep the thoughts away or something similar. Please I really need help, before I go to a doctor for pills.
