My brothers mental problem

Question:

Dear sir,
My brother has paranoa and he says harsh words to us. At times he makes funny faces and he says that he is sick and he is almost dying. Then his counciousnes comes back and acts normal but still he has this thing in mind that he is sick. He used to pray and go to mosque but he doesnt do that anymore abd he sa there is one God only. We are afraid someone has done black magic on him. Please tell us what to do what prayers he or us need to recite to him.

Marriage without “attraction”

Question:

I have found someone to marry and he wants to marry me but I do not love him as he loves me. He is good in religion and in Sufism, maybe the best heart I have ever known for Allah swt. I don’t have physical attraction to him or feel that “spark” as when I have been in love before. I do not want to hurt him and I feel he deserves the best in love and marriage. I don’t know if I should leave him out of mercy for both of us or wait and see if my feelings change. I was married before but my husband found other women and we divorced. He says everything will change with marriage, I do not believe this, I think if we don’t have this equal attraction now, it will never be there.

Prayer Request: Very Sad and Pressure in Job-Daily Crying

Dear Shaykh,
Alhamdhulillah-After waiting long time i got a job. But, daily i am crying. my company setup and atmosphere is not at all comfort for me. no Islam, the company is of christian, and workload also getting worse, full tension, i pray to Allah to a change, one day(30.12.2013) Allah given my a chance to go for a interview. Please ask my shaykh what to do, and what to recite to improve the situation. Please ask my Shaykh to pray for me.

Are there many obligatory alms giving during a year?

BismiLlahi Rarman Raheem
Salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa baraktuh

I converted to Islam recently, two years ago, and al hambduliLlah, i have being paying the zakat of id al Fitr. I think it’s of on sa’ of dates or other… i’ve being paying about 8 or 9 $.

*But is the zakat on properties, and the zakat of ‘id two different ones?

*Please, kindly inform me of the different obligatory zakats in one year, and how can i make it up and pay those i didn’t know about.

Schizophrenia

All efforts for the past 16 years taken to give english medicines for Schizophrenia and Islamic Ruhani medicines and treatment for exorcism. But without any relief. Marriage is not taking place. Dream: Marriage in Trouble

Dream:

AOA Ya Sheikh
I have been going through relationship difficulties due to narcissist personality of my husband, even though through out our marriage of 17 years I helped him financially, socially, morally and religiously. He just wanted to have his right and never ready to share his responsibilities towards me and children. A few days ago he tried to kill me and I asked him to leave home afterwards I did Istikhara about his true nature and saw two white snakes with big eyes and tentacles. I have lead quite a few time in tension but now ready if separation or divorce is the right way as I don’t want to live this cat and dog life any more. Please pray for me and tell me what is interpretation and right way for me.

If no reconciliation seek divorce. Protect yourself and your children by any means if the relationship has been replaced with danger. Inform your relatives and avail yourself of trusted emotional support to see you through this difficult period. Recite ya Latif ya Hafiz x100 .

Dream: Dream about a dog

Dream:

I dreamed I was outside a house I’d never seen before and I went inside and started exploring the rooms, when I heard someone come inside. I sneaked behind the front door which was part of the front room and an old woman went past me without seeing me, I waited until she was gone and I was again about to go out of the front door when a young blonde clean cut looking young man came in with a very large rottweiler dog and again left without seeing me leaving the dog behind which settled down to sleep also without seeing me. I stood there pondering nervously what I should do as if the dog heard me it could easily tear me apart. It was at this point I woke up.

Interpretation:

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

This dream may have different meanings depending on what new avenues you are exploring at this time. It is a mild advise to be careful for any new adventures especially if you are pursuing a lady for marriage that you have not known before. It also may mean that you have a neighbor who is very keen in preserving your interests as much as he does his own or it may mean you will get certain benefits from a local chief.
