Prayer Request: Marriage

Asalam Alaykum,
 My husband has been really abusive to me for a long time and it has been really difficult. Things have got much better now between us and we are much happier. But I am living with my in-laws and my mother-in-law makes comments about my husband to me. Its making things difficult for me. Its been so hard for years and just when we are happier I feel like someone is coming into our marriage and will finish it off. Please pray for us and advise me. Thank you.

Guide correct dua!

Question:

Aslmalkm. A guy is seriously interested in marrying me but due to his father he changed his mind. I don’t know his mother’s name, you told this dua (if a girl wants to marry a boy) Allahumma layyin qalbi fulan ibne fulan kama layyintal hadida li syedina Da’ud alayhis ‘salam’. but in another question asked by a girl, you asked her “You have permission but say ‘qalba‘ not qalbi; ‘ibna‘ not binti; and ‘layyanta‘ not layyintil“.  Guide the correct dua Jazak ALLAH.

Women allowed to wear perfume?

Question:

I would like to know if women are allowed to wear any kind of perfume perfume (musk or attar or even alcoholic perfume) to zikr?

Also, I’ve heard of the hadith where it says that a woman who wears perfume and goes out is like an adultress, but what if her intention is not to attract men, but only to smell good for her own personal satisfaction?

Answer:

Based on saheeh evidence Muslim women are to understand the seriousness of the sin of going against Shari’ah. It is with no doubt a sin.

The biologists have recently discovered a sexual gland in the nose. This shows a connection between the senses of smell and provocation of desire.

Dream: Twin boys

Dream:

Asalaamualaikum

Please can you interpret this dream that my husband had(he is 25 years old): He saw that we have twin baby boys very healthy and fair though one boy had brown hair the other boy had black hair and my husband was arguing with me about the two different hair colours i.e why does he have brown and the other has black. We then went to my mum and she said did you get new ones (talking about the boys). This is all. Usually my husband has dreams about carrying one baby boy but this time it was twin boys. we do not have any children yet. I would be very grateful if you interpret this dream.

Interpretation:

It means you and your husband are soul mates and therefore will soon
achieve good spiritual progress, but you must avoid argumentation.

Dunya and Religion

Shaykh i am in a really big dilemma/ situation. I am a hafiz ul quran and I have this desire of being an aalim of the deen. I have this oppurtunity of doing an aalim course however my parents are trying to talk me out of it. Mainly because i am at university. However I have no desire in continuing in my study at university. I really want to give myself up for the deen… Please help shaykh I do not know what to do… ja zak allah khayrun!! Wa salaam

I am facing psychology exams soon. Please pray that I make the best grades so that I can make my parents happy, get my degree and Also on to do masters, please give some easy wazifa or dua to pray. Also, Shaykh, please pray that I while I live in dunya, that my heart is with Allah and not dunya. Please pray that Allah gives me adab with you, Sheikh Nazim and with the Prophet (SAW) and also with Him who is Al-Barr.
