No control of what I say

Question:

salam alaykum wr wb beloved Mowlana happy mowlid.

1. I made dhikr of 70,000 hasbunallah wa nimal wakeel, 70,000 lailaha illallah, 70,000 salawat on the intention for keepin our  Sultan Mowlana Sheik Nazim in the best of health. Please make dua this is accepted. May Allah swt grant him a long life.

2.  I feel I have no control over what I say.. At times I tell people things which are mostly something bad that is coming there way, and it ends up happening. I have people getting upset and it really hurts me. However I feel half of the time when I’m speaking I can’t control what comes out. I don’t even know I am saying it until it’s done. Sometimes I feel Mowlana are telling me to say. Is there anything I can read to help me keep things in me.. Or do I just let it out?

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

I will pray for you.

Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani
