Disrupted Sleep Patterns
Asalaamu alaykum our beloved Shuyukhs, may Allah swt bless you endlessly and keep us under your shelter. ameen. Please forgive my foolishness and bad adab
I have problems with sleeping. I sleep late at night and I get up late as well. What worries me is my unhealthy schedules. I struggle to correct myself but in vain, please can you advise?
Also sometimes while praying usually isha, I feel strange sensations at my left side like being touched usually my shoulders and legs, and this happens before I sleep also disturbing my sleep. I feel the same when not in wudhu also.
I recite 3 kuls with fatiha before sleep and after prayers and wear taweez also. This is happening since 3 years. I feel scared thinking these might be jinns.
Please pray for this poor wretch
wa `alaykum salam,
Try to sleep early if you have nothing useful to do. That way you can wake up for Fajr. Make ablution, pray two raka`at. After doing the three Quls (Surat al-Ikhlas, Surat al-Falaq and Surat an-Nas), make Salawat (Darood) until you fall asleep.
