Dream: Zikr in Makkah Shareef

Dream:

Salaam

Dream : I remember myself in front of the Holy Kaaba. There I met Tahir Ul Qadri. I shook his hand and kissed them. Just by looking at the people around I could tell they were in the same tariqa as me.. I am a mureed of Shaykh al Yaqoubi.. all the people had full length beards with ginger bits. I thought to myself I too have ginger bits in my beard too. I  must have been chosen by Shaykh al Yaqoubi to become his mureed. I looked around for Shaykh al Yaqoubi but did not see him, althought it felt as if he was around. I however did see either the father of Shaykh al Yaqoubi or Khawaja Sufi Mohammad Asghar. Everyone started doing the zikr. I looked around and I could see 2 people kept turning around, like dancing of zikr.

What does this mean?

wa/salaams

Interpretation:

Salam `alaykum,

It is a good, self-explanatory dream.

Getting rid of ants, spiders from the house …

Question:

Assalamualykum,

Heard recently that some Arabs out of respect for ants being mentioned in the Quran, don’t kill ants. They ask the ants to leave the house by saying that they should leave the house or else they will be trampled upon and the ants leave the house.

Can you please tell us if there are compassionate ways to get rid of spiders (and any other insects mentioned in the Quran) from the house too?

Thank you very much.

Answer:

`Alaykum as-Salam,

You may do the same, i.e. request them.

Prayer Request: Marriage of my sister

Request:

Assalam-o-Alaikum

Sir although it’s quite embarrassing for anyone to ask for marriage prayer publicly but there is no other option for me. When ppl come to see my sister , some say house is too small.. some say girl is bulky; as she is doctor by profession. On the phone people show the positive intentions but when they visit us …. some don’t call back.. and after that the negative reply.

My mother and father used to help their relatives in every thick and thin but at this crucial moment of our life they left us in the lurch.

Kindly pray for her marriage within this year or tell me some wazifa for this particular matter

Best regards

Positive Response

Question:

AsalaamAlaykum
Sheikh recently a positive response from you was given regarding Istikhara based on what Mawlana Sheikh Nazim had said. I want to proceed with getting married but the man in question has a mild condition of autism meaning he can’t relate to people well or express himself and suffers from anxiety and fear especially when distressed. This has resulted in him not being able to take steps to proceed with the marriage and has gone on for 5 years and could mean not being able to keep a job. He sometimes goes into his own world and makes things really really difficult unintentionality. My parents do not approve based on this. Is Nikah valid with someone with a condition? If I don’t proceed will Mawlana reject me or should I make a go of it.
JazakhAllah

Answer:

`Alaykum as-Salam,

Nikah is valid if the husband can provide and interact emotionally and sexually, otherwise not. You as the wife are not meant to choose to carry a life-long burden and you would not be blamed for not doing so. Certainly Mawlana will not reject you for following your parents’ advice in this case and, based on what you have now described, it is also ours.

The Story Of Miraj

Question:

Hi  I just want to ask, I was told by a friend that there is nothing to back up the saying that the Prophet (saw) saw Allah (swt) with his own eyes.. I just wanted to know where it says the Prophet (saw) saw Allah (swt) and what it exactly says.

thankyou

Answer:

When it comes to the attributes of Allah and of the Prophet upon him blessings and peace, you and I are prohibited from affirming anything as our own opinion but rather we should refer the matter to the people of authority and knowledge as commanded by Allah Most High and by His Prophet (upon him blessings and peace). This is one of the very well-known and very established issues where there has been a difference of opinion among the Sahaba themselves (Allah be well-pleased with all of them) and, following after them, the remainder of Ahl as-Sunnah wa’l-Jama`ah.

1. One view is that Holy Prophet (upon him blessings and peace) saw Allah Most High with his own eyes: this is the position of Ibn `Abbas and all his school (including the great mufassirs of the Tabi`in), Abu Dharr, Anas, Abu Hurayra, `Abd al-Rahman b. `A’ish, al-Hasan al-Basri, and Ka`b al-Ahbar.

2. A contrary view is he did not see Allah Most High: this is the position of our Mother `A’isha, Ibn Mas`ud, and Abu Hurayra according to another narration from him, Allah be well-pleased with all of them.

3. A third position is to abstain from affirming or negating this point for lack of clear-cut evidence.

The view of Imam Ahmad b. Hanbal is the first one and that is the position of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, Allah sanctify his secret. The great living hadith scholar of Madina, Shaykh Khalil Ibrahim Mulla Khatir brings it up in his book on the two Sahihs entitled “Makanat al-Sahihayn” and concludes on page 463 that the first view is the view of the massive majority of the scholars (madhhab al-jamaheer).

One of the students of Imam al-Bukhari, Imam Ibn Khuzayma, gathered all the reports to that effect in his book Kitab al-Tawhid, “chapter on the Prophet (upon him blessings and peace) seeing Allah Most High with his own eyes.” See also the discussion of Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-`Asqalani in his book al-Ru’ya. All these books are available in print. Allah have mercy on all of them and forgive us. Salat and Salam on the Holy Prophet Muhammad and on his Family and Companions.

Dream: Dreams about him.

Dream:

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullah,

I am currently in a relationship with someone for 3 years. We are sayyid. The first dream I had was that I dreamt that I was at my grandmother’s place, holding a wedding card. I see his name with another girl’s name and I start crying intensely. Then the scene changes suddenly. I’m in a house when he comes in with a group of my brother’s friends he saw me and didnt like it. I could see it on his face I woke up and felt very sad. Another dream that I was playing football outside his house in Tareem, Hadramaut. Recently, he dreamt that he saw me running away from him, crying, and I ran straight home slamming the door while my father was outside looking on and then followed soon after. There has been other dreams that I cannot remember, but they have all not been positive.

Interpretation:

`Alaykum as-Salam,

Shaytan tries to inspire distress and stir up trouble through negative dreams but do increase your Salawat especially during these months and you will see positive dreams again insha-Allah. Recite Ya Wadud 100 times daily for peace and harmony.

Dream: Istikhara marriage

Dream:

Bro, mom, me buy white sweets. I see a board with “2” on it. Mom says something about graves. There is mention of #34 (Surah 34 has same name as boy’s sister).

I have emerald green object & say “These sweets are from Kabaah”.

At wedding wearing beautiful dress. My top vanishes, I cover chest with hand & search for it. Mom gives & I wear it. Friend who has same name of boy I like calls & says ‘where are you. I’m waiting for you”. Then a green fly helps me to safety. I tell my parents ‘without telling me you selected a boy’.I woke up & had the word Muzdalifa in mind.

Mom & I see Kabah’s roof. Below imam is standing in front of it. I saw Great Sphinx face is golden. I read ‘Prophet is made out of silver light’. I see the boy I like & then Prophet with a white staff saying to me “Tell my ummah”.

Interpretation:

Green and sweetness is the jewel of your iman but it needs strengthening, hence, nakedness. Increase your salawat especially in this month for the greater benefit of Ramadan insha-Allah.

Dream: Cutting fish and More

Dream:

AssalaamuAlaikum. Please help me understand the following dream:
My mother was cutting up pieces of fish. The fish she was cutting was still raw, large and very fleshy. Her sister was also there and it seems as if my nikah would take place any moment. My house was filled with people, although I didn’t see them. Then there was my 2 year old cousin female whom I adorned with a fake flower in her hair and I held her hand to take her downstairs. Downstairs with her holding my hand, I walked to the kitchen, where a young man was standing in his white undershirt. It felt as if he is the one I’m getting married to. I wished him “Happy Birthday” (as it was his birthday date in the dream) and I felt shy so I moved away directly after. My brother was also present in the kitchen, but I didn’t see him.

Interpretation:

`Alaykum as-Salam,

Marriage signifies support from Allah and rizq, which is confirmed by the fleshy fish. It is a good dream and favorable to the young man’s proposal, if such is the case.
