Answer:
To bet in any case where money is offered is not permissible. This comes under the heading of gambling, which is haram.

We all know that intoxicants are not allowed, my question is if the prohibition also applies to substances not used for “having fun” but in order to obtain some kind of psychological insights.

Alaykum Salam,
The only excuse in the Sharia for taking substances that intoxicate the mind is anesthesia out of necessity as in surgery. The halal way of obtaining psychological insights in the Shari`a is through keeping company with holy people, dhikr, fasting, keeping vigil, reading Qur’an, studying and meditating, and entering seclusion under a qualified master.

1) since Ali is one of the names of Allah SWT (it’s the 36th name means the Highest), was our Prophet calling upon Allah in the dua and not Ali (RA)?
2) Why would our prophet call upon Ali instead of Allah when in trouble

Al-`Ali العلي is one of the Divine Names and means The Most High. It has
nothing to do with Sayyidina `Ali b. Abi Talib (r) or any other person named
`Ali.

I have a half uncle who destroyed my family by bullying my mom, brainwashing my dad and turned him against us. Now, he is waiting for my dad to die to take our house and sell my sisters for forced marriage. I want to banish him and order him to stay away.
Answer:
Avoid living too close with your half uncle. Living too close is what causes people to cut the ties.
It was narrated that ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab (RA) wrote to his governors saying: “Tell relatives to visit one another and not to live next to one another.”
This is what Al-Ghazali said commenting on this: “He said that because living next to one another may lead to conflicts and may lead to alienation and severing of ties.”

Is forex halal? I can’t find the answer to this.

This is how it works:
You create an account there and then deposit money, $50 minimum. Then you can buy any currencies, I buy euro with usd. And with 26$ you can buy 1,000 amount of euros. (so in order to buy 2,000 euros, I should have 52 dollars in my account.) This is called leverage trading (margin trading).
So I will buy 1,000 amount of euros (and after I buy it, then it will show in my account in open position section that this much amount is open) and then I will sell them when their selling rate increase (or I can set automatically in the program, to sell 1,000 euros at this specific rate) and that way I will make a profit. Usually there is interest but if I tell them then they will make my account interest free (without interest).
So is this halal or not?
I have searched on many places, many times, but I couldn’t find the answer to this question.

Assalaulmu aliakum...My name is [private]…I love someone though I know it is haram…but I could not stay away from him…Day by day I got closer to him…then my family decides to marry me off & they started to choose boys…I made istikhara several times & I don’t know why several times I directly saw him whom I loves…At my last dream I offered my tahajjud salat & also istikhara…I and my little sister sleeped together… we both saw almost same dream…there was a proposal in my house..everyone is happy with this proposal including me…my sister didn’t see the groom in her dream but I did..it was him whom I loves…my father was talking to him & everyone is very happy inn my house…after some days I saw another dream that I was married & went to my parents house with my husband…& my husband was talking to my elder brother…my brother was giving him advise….. & it too was him whom I loved…and i never feel bad of him after istikhara prayer rather I feel more attraction to him….I am very confused now…should i wait for him or give yes to my parents to choose another man? please help me so that I can get true guidance.

How to explain that I saw nudity in mosque and a dream of a battle and there was a man in white he picked up my brother and told me he was dead and I cried asking Allah to revive him in arabic and pbuh was sad for me. In my heart it was Muhammad (pbuh).
Answer:
Nudity in mosque means keeping what is haram in the heart, the battle is for your soul, but in the end your soul is victorious,
As for the second dream, inshaAllah. Your brother has been chosen by Prophet (s) as one of those who will ‘die before you die’ someone who has given all his self for Allah and Allah knows best.
Seeing Prophet (s) in the dream is safety for you from seven difficulties in this life and the next according to Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani’s explanation, so good tidings for you.
