Assalamualaikum wbt Syiekh Gibril..
I had this dream and could you pls interpret for me. It happened last year:
APPROACHED BY A TROOP OF ARMY AND 4 TO 5 MESSENGERS WHILE PERFORMING THE SAIE ALONG THE AISLE OF SAFA AND MARWAH
Performing the saie:
As i was making my way to the foot of Marwah hill, i looked back and saw thousands of jemaah mostly wearing the ihram in white and amongst them in the colour of brown and black.
While looking back at the jemaah which seems like thousands of them, suddenly the jemaah looked as if they were giving way to a troop of army in army uniform (Turban, red top, red harem pants). They looked like the ancient arab army. They were holding a spear in their hands.
The troops were separated in two lines, in between the two lines appeared to be an important people. I was asking myself who were they looking for. To my surprise, they stopped in front of me. I saw 4 to 5 people walking towards me. One of them started speaking, sat down and opened a kitab. I sat down in front of him. I asked the person 2 questions. I have forgotten what i had asked him. The person gave a response. Unable to believe what was happening, i could only look at the person’s face as the person was speaking.
After finished his speaking, the person closed the kitab (as if we done the lesson), stood up and left with his entourage together with the troops. i could hear the sound of the marching as if it happened along the aisle of safa and marwah.
i woke up after that syeikh and up til now i could rememberd my dreams.

Salaam Alaikum,
Mawlana Sheikh Nazim was sitting on a chair. They gave baya to us. Then they called me to walk a bit around the church. I was supporting Mawlana around the waist & Mawlana had their arm around my neck. I took them towards their chair. Hajah Rokiah was there beside Mawlana. I sat Mawlana down & kissed their hand. As I tried to move away, hajah Rokiah told me to keep my face on Mawlana hand. So I kept my face on their blessed hand for a long time. Then I tried to move back again to give opportunity to others, but hajah asked me to stay with my face on their hand. Mawlana put their hand on my head and said Mashah Allah. After sometime Mawlana got up and before going through a door, they put their hand on my face and smiled. my dear sheikhs.
Interpretation:
Walaikum assalam,
Good tidings to you. Mawlana is showing you that you are dear to him. InchaAllah you will be of service to Mawlana.

Question:
Assalam-o-alaikum:
When going for Umrah, when you arrive Mecca, are you supposed to first do Tawaf-ul-Qudum, and then do Tawaf-ul-Umrah along with other steps of Umrah such as Sayee etc.? Or can you do Tawaf-ul-Qudum and then (instead of doing Tawaf-ul-Umrah) continue with the remaining steps of Umrah such as Sayee etc.?

Answer:
wa `alaykum salam,
After assuming Ihram with intention of performing Umrah, your next or second step is tawaf as part of your Umrah. This is by agreement of all the legal schools.

Assalamu Alaikum Shaykh,
I hope everything is well with you. May Allah give you long healthy and life. Can you interpret these two dreams?
I saw myself in presence of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and Mawlana Shaykh Hisham. They hugged each other and kissed each others hands. I kissed Mawlana Shaykh Nazim’s hands. I saw that I’m holding Mawlana Shaykh Nazim on my right side while his arm is around my neck. We are walking in Lahore. I think in dream to visit Sayyiduna Ali Hujwiri’s shrine with him. But we enter in a house. It was a friend’s house. He brings his newly born daughter to Mawlana and Mawlana blessed her and gave her to me. In real life that friend does not have another daughter.
Secondly: I saw Shaykh Hisham and me together in a room. We greeted each other and he asked me if I was married? I said no, he said you should get married soon. While I was having doubts in my heart in the dream about marriage. He said I know you are facing hard time, they will go but you should think about marriage.
Interpretation:
1) Your dream shows the affection and spiritual connection between Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani and Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani. Holding your neck represents putting your ego down and visiting the Shrine of Imam Hujwiri is taking the blessing from him. The newborn daughter represents a new stage of closeness to your friend.

I am a working mother and asking for permission to be exempted from five daily fard prayers, as I am in a position where I have to do a very demanding and high pressure job with lots of overtime and come home tired and late, often with more work to be by morning. Because of the circumstances, I cannot do other work or leave work.My daughter disturbs my sleep in the night, so I don’t get a good nights rest, and my marriage is very much at jeopardy. I therefore want to abandon my prayers for as long as these stressful conditions go on, as I lose time in which I could either finish my work or recuperate and I find it very exhausting and I’m resenting to have to do the prayers. Please grant me permission to be exempted.

Thank you for highlighting this situation. The five daily prayer is the most important part of Islamic worship; this cannot be deliberately left regardless of the circumstances.
When it is not possible to pray standing, you must pray sitting down. If you cannot pray sitting down, then you must pray lying down on one side and move your body/limbs. If this is not possible, you must pray lying flat down. If you cannot move your arms whilst praying lying down, you must pray moving your head. If you cannot move your head, you must pray by moving your eyes. If you cannot move your eyes, you must pray in your heart. Such is the importance of the prayer that where in some circumstances the outward form of prayer may be relaxed, but the obligation to pray can never be lifted.
The 5 daily prayers may be exempted due to the following only:
– women during their monthly menstrual cycles (Haid)
– a woman who is in her post-natal bleeding period (Nifas)
– any person who is insane, or unconscious
May Allah makes it easy for you to continue with this daily obligation, perhaps He shall open ways to make easy your affairs.

Is it established on a sound basis that Hadrat Hawwa (Allah be well pleased with her) had consumed the fruit and then insisted Hadrat Adam (upon whom be peace) to eat it whilst their stay in Paradise? What is the stance of ‘Ulama and Sufiyya on this?

Wa `alaykum as-Salam wa rahmatullah.
Yes, traditional histories are in agreement on this matter inasmuch as the unfolding of events is concerned, and so it is accepted by learned people not only in Islam, but in the earlier Abrahamic religions as well.
Nevertheless, the Islamic perspective clearly refuses to focus the “blame” for this transgression on Hawwa, may Allah have mercy on her. The signs in the Holy Qur’an wherein the cursed Devil tempts the paradisal pair together are ample testament, and it is rather Adam, peace be upon him, who is the focus in the following words from Surah Ta Ha:
120. But the Devil whispered to him, saying: O Adam! Shall I show thee the tree of immortality and power that wasteth not away?
121. Then they twain ate thereof, so that their shame became apparent unto them, and they began to hide by heaping on themselves some of the leaves of the Garden. And Adam disobeyed his Lord, so went astray.
122. Then his Lord chose him, and relented toward him, and guided him.
Your inquiry concerns the root cause of the descent from Paradise, and the hidden realities of this event are known to those whose rank is above the learned. In considering the “stance” of such people we must have open minds; for example, consider these words from the Sultan of Knowers Shaykh Nazim al-Haqqani, may Allah sanctify his secret, in a recent association with Shah Mardan, may Allah ennoble his face:
Prophet Adam was not heedless…Although from paradise he was assigned to earth, he was not cast out. Far from it. Prophet Adam was not cast out. Who says so, he is wrong. He came down from paradise to earth. When prophet Adam, the forefather of mankind, set foot on earth he paused standing on one foot…and said, “Bismi-Llahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim.” Aye, the darkness of this world lit up…”As a training ground for your coming offspring I have sent you down to this earth.” (18 April 2013)
