Dream: Mawlana Sheikh Nazim

Dream:

Assalamu alaiku,
I saw [private] with some women talking about me. Then that women led me to Mawlana Sheikh Nazim. There was another guy of my age. And we two start to look after Mawlana. We carried out all his instructions and always have been close to Him. One day I  was cleaning Mawlana’s room while he was in the bed and I saw a photo on the closet. I asked Mawlana “O Sheikh is that your Master?”. He said “Yes”. I started to cry and Mawlana came to me, embraced me and said “Don’t worry you’ll be happy in this life and in the next. You don’t need anything. Don’t marry, just serve Me”. I don’t know what to do and to think because I  had an intention to marry, and I heard that marriage is 100% iman. What should i do in my life? God bless you.

Interpretation:

Alaykum Salam,
Mawlana is very strict on marriage for everyone who is fit for it. So many times he quoted the Hadith: Marriage is my Sunna and whoever avoids my Sunna is not part of us.Therefore his words are not meant literally but in the sense of: don’t worry too much about marriage but worry about adab to Awliya as that resolves everything.

Voice in my head saying “I Love You”

For last couple of weeks I have been hearing “I love you” in my head. What /who can it be?

Help Needed to Understand

Question:

I recently read the Secret of Secrets by Shaykh Sayed Adbul Qadir Jilani (may Allah be pleased with Them) and something seemed to make sense. In truth, I have always felt a tormented and troubled soul. I have never fitted in with friends or even family and have never understood my own depths. Almost as though something was inherited by me or found by me without realizing. I have felt this way since the age of 7-8 and it has only ever become more and more powerful. Is the spiritual journey my destiny? Or am i insane?

Answer:

It is good to feel a strong sense of spiritual purpose from the Frequentation of Awliya. That is no doubt each person’s share of the Prophetic Light that shone into us on the Day of Promises, as Mawlana said, and each received something special.

i wanted to know if reading the durood or salawat in English had the same blessing as reading in arabic?

Answer:

Reading it in English may help you understand it better. Reading it in Arabic brings all the immense benefits no other tongue can emulate.

Prayer Requet: For married life

Prayer Request:

Assalamu alaikum Maulana sheikh Nazim,sheikh hisham kabbani and sheikh adnan and whole e-sheikh team.

Maulana sheikh Nazim and sheikh hisham kabbani please pray for our married life. We are married for 7 yrs and my husband said he does not love me and he never felt anything for me. Is there any doa I make so that he will ask reconciliation and my love from Allah. Give me some doa to gain my husbands love, trust and feel me as his own. Please give all doa what will be helpful for women like me.

May Allah give you all the doa from everyone’s heart for reading and answering our problem with patience.

Shaykh Hisham will make du`a for you, Insha-Allah. Recite 100-1000x per day “HasbunAllah wa ni`ama ‘l-wakeel.” Also recite Salaat al-Tunjina 7x per day.

Please guide me

Asalamu alaykum wr. wb.

My Shaykh, I’m a 2_ year old under an enormous debt, and living illegally in a country I was born in. I don’t have a job and no future. things have been getting worse since I was 12 years old, and now I have become weary inside.

I tried to get married and migrate, because I saw a pious woman following Grand shaykh Q.S. After praying to Allah to change my status quo and help me complete half my deen. Yet, I have failed because I’m a destitute.

My heart tells me abandon everything and go do zikrullah in some obscure place. I was told, if I go without permission, I’ll always be with my ego, and this is why I beg you for permission. Dunya has rejected me, and I wish to reject her back.

Alaykum Salam,
Do not abandon but try again. There are far more destitute people that would be happy and honored to marry. Keep struggling where Allah Most High placed you and do not seek for dunya not to reject you but for Allah and His Prophet to accept you. Then everything will fulfill you insha-Allah.

Naming a baby

Please could you advise me on whether it is okay to have the name Jibrail as i have been informed that it is not recommended due to this angel having the high status he has, therefore it would be difficult for a person to carry this name. My daughter is pregnant and is considering this name for her son Inshallah.

Adab, Permission to Travel

Question:

Asalkium dear eshaykh staff may ALLAH shower you all with on going mercy inshALLAH.

About a month ago I became the mureed of sheik Nazim may ALLAH give him ongoing happiness in this life and the hereafter inshALLAH.

I don’t understand the whole aspect of asking permission to travel,could you please explain it to me further.I want to go back home to Australia,I left my job,and everything to come to Denmark to stay with my husband .I am not getting residency here and I don’t want to live here,but my father in law is always getting involved,I told him I was only coming for one year and he tried to make me stay here for four years,it really upsets me, all I am doing is staying at home everyday. It gets really stressing.Do I have permission to go back home to start my life InshALLAH with my husband.

Alaykum Salam,
 Permission is a consultation which allows the murid to check whether one’s spiritual and material sustenance will be facilitated by the move or, on the contrary, hampered. In your case it is best to be at your husband’s side whether in Denmark or Australia.

Advice from sheikh Gibril Haddad

Request:

Assalamu’alaykum sheikh.
My name is [private] and I’m from [private]. I don’t know if you remember me but i cannot forget you. Dear sheikh Gibril, I’m in great need of your help.. My mind is very troubled at the moment. We were studying Surah Al Munafiqoun with [private] and there is a verse saying that Allah SWT will never ever forgive them. This troubled me a lot… I even spoke to [private]. in the past I happened to say some things about our beloved Prophet SAW, but now I really regret it. My mind is very troubled and O don’t know what to do. I may have said it due to ignorance. I don’t know sheikh. please please help me…

Response:

Alaykum Salam,
 Allah Most High forgives everything if one repents. Just make fresh
istighfar every time you recall your past offence, without need to
mention the exact nature of that offence to anyone. Make lots of Salawat
on Prophet daily. Even would-be assassins of Prophet (upon him blessings
and peace) became Awliya through his dua.
