Is it permissible to recite the dua of davood as (quran aya 9:129 and allahum a’tif qalba …. ” in sujood (prostration) of tahajjud , isthikhara or any other sunnah prayers?

What is the Islamic ruling after the child birth? After How long the husband and wife can have their relationship? Is it 40 days or it can be before it, if the nifas (bleeding) stops. But during those restricted time, can the husband and wife touch each other and sleep together (without relationship). Here some people say that it is not permissible for a husband to touch & sleep with his wife and child. Also other family members cannot touch her until 40 days.
