Prayer Request: To save my marriage

Request:

Salaam,

I need a dua to create love and understanding in my marriage. I’ve been married for only a few months and it wasn’t arranged but my husband doesn’t show me any affection since day one. Yet he chose to marry me and went opposite way to all his promises. He says what his mother says all the time and we have no privacy. He doesn’t treat me fairly or listen to me at all. I want to save our marriage, but he doesn’t seem bothered.

Recite 300 salawat daily then Ya Wadud x100 then this du’a: Allahumma allif bayna qalbee wa qalbi zawjee. Amin.

Please permit me

Question:

I want to do a wazeefa du’a of Hazrat Daud (e salam) but the problem is I don’t know the name of the boy’s mother so can I use hazrat Amma Hawa’s name instead? Kindly permit me to do that wazeefa. I am in really need. Please permit me; I am waiting.

Answer:

There is general permission to recite this dua, in regards to not knowing the mother’s name please follow this:”If name of his/her mother is not known say Hawwa’ حَوَّاء.” as stated here.

Dream: Istiqhara on marriage

Dream:

In the dream I saw him with his friend all sited on a chair and I was also sitting on a chair behind them. He told the friend in his language that “this lady I want TO marry her”. then the friend told him that, he needs then to know about my mothers name and he said after the marriage. Then I saw myself sitting on a bench and all of a sudden I saw him with a white shirt and he came and sat on the same chair as I am sitting and he began to cough. After he stopped coughing, he rose his head and looked at me with passion and I also felt the same way. I said to myself that “I think people will say that he is going to marry out of his tribe but I know that I left a good reputation behind.

Interpretation:

Audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim
Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm:

It shows that it is a suitable match for you but it shows also that you may encounter some difficulties with his family.

Numerology

Question:

As salaam alykum!
Lots of salaam and prayers for our Sheikh and his family.

My question is regarding numerology. Can our Sheikh tell me whether the number “47” signifies anything in Islamic numerology? If it does not then please ignore my question….

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

47 refers to Sayyidina Muhammad (s) as the Surah Muhammad is number 47 in Holy Qur’an.

The number 47 is two digits: 4 and 7. 4+7=11: 1+1=2

2 represents Allah and His Prophet (s). 2 is the numerological value of the letter ‘ba’ in Arabic, which also represents the Prophet (s). As Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani said, in a suhbat on August 15, 2012:

‘Ba’ is the first letter to be pronounced in creation, because Prophet (s) was the first to say, “Yes.” The first time was when Allah created Prophet’s Light before creating the creation and asked him, “Am I not your Lord?” other than when Allah asked everyone else. Prophet (s) said, “Yes.” That is when Allah (swt) raised Prophet’s name up with His, as he is al-Muwahhid wa ’l-Musaddiq bi Rabbihi `azza wa jal, the one whose tawheed is perfect, who believes one-hundred percent with no doubt in his Creator!

And Allah and His Prophet (s) know best.

Dream: Chopping fruits

Dream:

Breif about me:
1: I am Muslim. From last few months I have started performing all Islamic obligations like performing tahjud, salat regularly and observing hijab.
2: My nikah was done a few months back and me and my husband love each other and Alhamdulillah he is a good Muslim.
3: Recently my parents had fatal accident, in which my car was totally damaged and my father severely injured and still in medical treatment process.
4: I am facing some financial hardships, but praying to Allah regularly and getting opportunities which will change my financial problems in few days inshAllah.

In this state of life I saw a dream that I was chopping too many guavas and pineapples in a pot. My hands were wet with the juices of both fruits.

Interpretation:

Pot is family, fruit is paradise and cutting is tests. Allah Most High is granting your whole family. Paradise at your hands because of your sincerity and steadfastness in sha Allah.

Dream: Sheep

Dream:

I saw a light beige coloured sheep with a long black mark on the nose area running after me to hit me. Someone says dodge it and it will forget you as a target. I run around a building dodging it and I see my cousin brother with me. It starts to get dark n we run in a different direction from the sheep and there is a cage with lots of birds there, and someone says free the birds and the sheep would stop following you and I free the birds and see its almost night and its raining. The sheep runs after us again and I hide under some wooden boards covered with green leaf branches. And my brother joins me. We see the sheep looking for us but someone says to me that it wont hit me now as I’ve freed the birds.

Interpretation:

Audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim
Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm:

In sha Allah a good dream giving you guidance to help you with an upcoming problem. Freeing the birds indicates giving sadaqa to prevent harm from a problem coming your way. You may have a sheep slaughtered and give it to the needy or give money. And Allah knows best.

Nur Mohammad Hadith

Question:

Asalamualaykum,

Regarding hadith “O Jabir, the first thing Allah created was the light of your Prophet from His light.”
I will grateful if any one can shed some light on my questions.

1) How did Allah created the light of Prophet (PBUH) from HIS light?
2) Because if that Light was created then how is light of Prophet the first?
3) If that light was uncreated isn’t it kufr and shirk
*to attribute Allah with Light since Allah doesn’t resemble anyone in anyway
*Or call that Light eternal when Only Allah existed before everything else existed
*Or say that Allah created it from Him which is Also clear cut kufr.
4) So what do we mean by Creating From His Light?

I guess answer to this would help many understand the concept.My intentions are sincere and I really want understand this.

Turban

Question:

Salam Maulana Shaykh Hisham and staff,

I would like to know about the length and color of the turban.

1) How long is the minimum and maximum allowable turban to wear? Which length is closest to the prophet?

2) Is there any color that are forbidden to use? can we use any color as we like? some color like orange, pink and yellow.

Spiders
