Nikkah during menses

Question:

Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim, first I want to thank you for this webspace you provide to clarify doubts or things we can not understand well and are important for us, people who are trying to follow the way of our beloved Prophet.

I have a simple question: Is it possible to perform nikkah/marriage during bride’s menses? The date of the wedding was already decided and preparation is in process. Possibly the bride will be in her menstrual days at this day. Do we need to postpone the wedding?

Thanks for your answer in advance and may Allah bless you for ever.

Answer:

No reason to postpone the wedding if scheduled to be performed outside a masjid. The menstrual only impedes a woman from formal prayers, entering the prayer room, touching mushaf and performing a Hajj ritual (Tawaf).

Wahabi, Salafi Beliefs

Question:

AOA,
I just wanted to ask you a question?
What is the difference between Naqashbandi, Syed, Gilani and all these silsilas? they all claim their chain goes back to the prophet. They are all misguiding people and creating divisions in Islam. Shaykh Hishams taweez and dua aytul kursi says Ya Hin Ya ali. This is all shirk. Ya means the person who can hear you and only Allah can do that. These silsilas are creating problems in Islam and are against shariah. Shaykh Hisham says in video for the dua of aytul kursi that he say Allah this and that. That is bidah. No one can see Allah until day of judgement only Moses Saw Allah.
How do you know these Wali’s are real or fake?

Answer:

There are no distinctions, no problems. They all guide us back to Allah, their destination is Him alone. It is for those who have belief, knowledge, manners, love and taste. We advise you to instill your self with those, and perhaps the blessings shall come.

Prayer Request: Need help

Asalam Alaykum,

My name is [private]. May Allah (SWT) give Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and Mawlana Shaykh Hisham long and happy lives as well as all the noble Shaykhs of the Naqshbandi tariqa.

Ya Sayyidi, I ask for your prayers to help me control my nafs. I am not married and find it difficult to control my sexual urges. Could you please pray that I can fight this lust, and stop my evil addiction? Also is there anything I can recite to help? I apologize for my lack of adab.

Ask your parents to find a wife for you to avoid falling into haram. Meanwhile fast as much as possible and recite daily: allahuma ‘kfina bi halalika `an haramika w ‘aghnina bi-fadlik `amman siwak.

Spiritual Shaykh

Assalam o Alaikum, My question is how do we know that who is our spiritual shaykh ? Is it a persons choice who he wants as a shaykh or is there spiritual connection already between the two which in time reveals itself?.
My respects for the great shaykh. Plz do remember me & my children in your prays to live life with strong emaan & die in emaan.

Dream: Is this a positive sign?

Dream:

Salaam

I am going through a very hard time with family as they wont accept my choice of husband because he is a different caste. My mother has hit me and swore at me because I wont accept another proposal from a religious man as I already have someone I wish to be with. Last night, I asked Allah and mawlana for a sign or a dream and when I slept, I dreamt that I was with my mother and family and put the last bit of rice from the dish onto my plate. I then remembered that I am married to the person I want to marry and went back to the dish to see if there was any left for my husband and the dish was full of rice again so I put some in for him and put it aside. Is this a sign?

My Baya’

Question:

Asalamoalaikum respected shaykh, may Allah bless mawlana shaykh nazim with his blessing and mercy and the ummah of our beloved prophet hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him).

I have recently become a mureed of mawlana shaykh nazim, Before i became mureed, i was a mureed of another shaykh, but i was not feeling love for that shaykh as much as i do for mawlana shaykh nazim. i denied my baya with my previous shaykh without informing him.

1: is my baya with shaykh nazim now?,
or
2: will i still have a spiritual connection with the other shaykh (there is nothing wrong with that shaykh i just dont feel a connection with him).

i love mawlana shaykh nazim and have started the awrad for beginners and my life has become brighter.

3: i’m getting the waswasa: “is my baya with mawlana shaykh nazim strong/true?” what can i do to stop waswasa?
