Prayer Request: Urgent Unemployment

Request:

AOA Beloved Shaykh Hisham, I’ve been unemployed for almost 3 years now. I’ve applied everywhere but no positive response. I just received a very good job offer from Saudi Arabia (in process). Please pray Shaykh that may Allah SWT do whatever is best for me, which will benefit me, my family, & others, whether in this country or overseas, inshallah. If I do work in Saudi Arabia, please pray that Allah SWT make everything easy for me there, may Allah SWT take care of me, that I am under His Protection at all times while I work there & safely return home inshallah. (Ameen). May Allah SWT make us all better Muslims. (Ameen) May Allah SWT bless you & Shaykh Naazim with a magificent reward in this world & in Paradise, for all your efforts in spreading Islam, inshallah. (Ameen). Thank You. Asalaam Alaikum. Love,

Practising Ibadaah…

Question:

I would like to practice certain practices which r part of tariqah like reading ghaiban-e-janazah , making the two rakats of sunnah before maghrib and also i have seen maulana stand up at the beggining of the adhan. perhaps i should practice these regardless of what anyone says to me but i pray in a ahlul sunnat wal jammah masjid but they people who follow the hanifiah madhaab just like me but, i know that these practices will be frowned upon and i need to practise these to get close to my murshid as i have learned very late in my life that this the key to getting close to the prophet s.a.w and with their waseelah they will take me to the heavenly abode. please forgive me for not being a true mureed, maulana sheikh nazim

Answer:

Our mashaykh teach to keep ourselves like normal people. When you are home you can do the extra `ibadah that our mashaykh practice but to avoid creating fitna and pointing of fingers, avoid these practices among people who will not understand why you do them.

Prayer Request: my sins are very heavy

Could you please pray for me I am very stressed I have commited a big sin which I regret now dear sheikh please pray for me my my sin has trapped me I want to get out of it but I can’t and I have to keep lying again and again if I tell the truth then I will loose my self respect and please give me something to read

Should we or should we not?

We are in a major dilemma at the moment, my family members desperately want to start a business and have an idea in mind that they feel would work. However, with every step they make forward, they seem to end up making two steps back – owing to obstacles that suddenly seem to come out of the blue.

Please advise, what we could do in this instant.

Prayer Request: Please help me clean my act …

Please, I need help from MawlanaShaykh. I try to do what needs to be done eachday- find it very difficult, have health issues though some say these are mostly mental, perhaps. Perhaps I am just plain lazy. Read that if one recites 1000 times Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyumu between sunnah and fard of fajr, laziness of all sorts goes away so recited that a few times.
Used to be energetic and hard-working. Now no matter what i do i can’t seem to fullfill any role to satisfaction – mother, housewife, daughter. Am a complete failure in all aspects of mylife, I have only the door of Mawlana Shaykh to knock on and askforhelp. Everyone around me is unhappy with me, please pray that I fulfill my roles and responsibilities to those in my care and make them happy. If there is something that I can recite inshaAllah i will.

Since you said that you are praying fajr, that is a sign that you are not lazy, so you are trying only to convince yourself that you are lazy. Many people do their daily work but don’t pray fajr because they say we are lazy. You are praying fajr so you are not lazy. Some people put an alarm clock, it rings and then they go and turn it off.
So next time, I told them to put two alarm clocks. One near the bed and one far away from the bed, but you are not of that type. Since you are praying fajr, don’t let your ego overcome you . Raise the sword against your ego by reciting hasbunallah wa ni’ama ‘l-wakeel 100x, that is a sword against the ego.

Prayer Request: water in body

Ya shaykh please pray for my grandmother she has been in hospital she cannot do anything because her body is full of water and the water is getting in her lungs which are making it extremly hard for her to breath, sleep or do anything, she also has kidney problem and gets alot of cramps please shaykh please pray she is cured and Allah (swt) grants her long life and best of health to see Mahdi (as)

I am not the best of people i have done many wrong things but this request is not for me I have a friend who has recently been involved with a few fights and some people beat him up on the way to school and i am pleading you to make dua for him to make a speedy recovery and not get involved in any more fights. Salam, Alhamdulillah.Allahumma sholi ala muhammad wa ‘ala ali muhammad.hopefully Mawlana syech Nazim and mawlana Syech Hisham and his family always gets the grace of Allah ta’aala blessings of health.
I dreamed met Mawlana syech Nazim, (when Mawlana Syech hisham in Indonesia), I was told to look at his eyes in a dream with a long time, then I kissed him on both feet, both hands, and both his shoulders, then he entrusted Salam for Syech Hisham. do I have to convey “salam” to the Syech Hisham, while I find it hard to see Syech Hisham because when there are events, I always have a place behind my future and it is impossible to speak with syech Hisham therefore many students who want to be near Syech hisyam. by means of esyaikh this, please convey “salam” from the Syech Syech Nazim to syech Hisham. i want to apologise because i asked for a dream interpretation on the 29/09/2011 and made a mistake regarding the date..I DREAMT THAT MSN TOLD ME TO MOVE BEFORE THE 5TH OF NOVEMBER…(not the 4th).
