Regarding Nailpolish during Salat

Question:

Assalmualkum,
Peace and blessing upon beloved Prophet Muhammad (S) including companions and family and Sultan his family along with Mawlana and his family.
I have a question regarding nail polish during prayer. Is it permissible to wear nail polish on nails while praying Salat? I have heard that during prayer or oudzu from some people that wearing nail polish breaks oudzu or prayer. Please shed some light on this .
Also thanks to the staff who work this site and answer questions.

Dream: Marriage

Dream:

Salamalikum. After fajr prayer, I prayed to Allah that I wanted to meet my boyfriend in my dream, who lives in another country.I went to sleep right after fajr, I saw myself enter a room where his marriage was being celebrated. When he saw me he got up and welcomed me with the biggest smile ever, and his face was full of noor. His bride looked beautiful, but now that I was in the picture, their marriage ceremony was no longer to continue. I saw myself looking at the bride because I feel sad for her since she wasn’t gettin married to him anymore, she smiled at me and thats when I thought why is she smiling at me when im the one getting married to him now. I have never seen my boyfriend in a dream that felt so real…and that had such clear detailed quality.

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Allah is showing you through this dream that marriage is what brings lights, spirituality and perfected character but “girlfriend-boyfriend” is what bring darkness, sadness and death of the spirit. Convince this man to marry you and move into the nur!

Dream: Marriage Difficulty and Confusion

Dream:

Assalamallaykum, May Allah SWT give Moulana Shaykh Nazim and Shaykh Hisham the best of health, strength and longest of lives. AMEEN.

I requested my parents to ask about a sister whom I was inclined to marry. My Iskithara had been positive (saw green in my dream and even saw Moulana Shaykh Nazim who appeared happy). But my parents did not go ahead and propose.

I then met a sister at university and felt she was a good practicing woman to marry even though she cannot have any children.
I want to marry this sister but her father has rejected as I am from a different tribe/caste. We both did istikhara and it has been a good sign. But I saw Moulana Shaykh Nazim in my dream who appeared not to be happy about it. I am confused…. and need marriage to aid my worship and deen.

Please help..

Interpretation:

You need to find within yourself the zeal to follow through on something and not give up easily and switch to something easier at the first sign of difficulty. Insha-Allah focus on getting your parents to propose for the first sister and forget the second, and Allah knows best.

permission to travel

I would like to first and foremost extend my salaams and dua to mawlana shaykh nazim, shaykh hisham, shaykh adnan and all other shaykh whose names i have not mentioned, for allah blessings on them and thier families, may allah grant them highest levels and long healthy life.

forgive me for my unintentional disrespect.

i would like to ask for permission for travel to visit mawlana, as me and my family inshallah arranging to come visit mawlana from manchester if inshallah we can.

my mum alhamdulilah has made intention also and we would really like her to atleast once in her life visit mawlana.

Dear Sheikh,

i’m pregnant and my boss has told me that he cant handle paying my maternity leave and that he want s me to leave work.we resently moved out of my mum inlaws house now on rent. how will we survive?
please pray for me or tell me what to pray.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

Your boss is trying to cheat you by making you quit, then he doesn’t have to pay maternity leave, which no doubt is obligated by law in your country. Don’t quit, force him to lay you off and if that happens you are in position to pursue your benefits.

Recite: hasbunallah wa ni`ama ‘l-wakeel 70 x daily for Divine support.

As Sallamu ‘Alaikum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakaatuh

1. Is taking bay’at in a dream a valid bay’at in reality?
2. If you dream of someone being a Wali does it mean they really are Waliyullah?
3. What are the functions/duties of each of the 5 Qutbs and are there only 1 of each at any time?
4. Concerning a previous question on Mujaddids, isn’t Imam Ahmed Raza Khan the Mujaddid of the last century?
5. According to some scholars there are approx. 82 fabricated verses inserted into the Fusus al Hikam of Ibn ‘Arabi, which verses are these? (I have the Aisha Bewley translation)
6. Also the Ghunya of Shaykh ‘Abdul Qadir Jilani is reported to have false insertions,what are these insertions?
7.Are the Murabituns beliefs and practices in accordance with that of Ahle Sunnah wal Jamaah?

Dream: Breastfeeding

Dream:

Salamz

My friend saw a dream in which she was breastfeeding her own baby and in the dream she wasn’t sure if she would b able to produce milk. She was actually confused. As soon as she brought her son close to her..her brother came or some other reason she was not getting chance to feed him, but she kept trying and finally she managed and she could see milk in her baby’s mouth…

This is the second time that she saw that she’s breast feeding her own baby even though she’s not married.

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Breastfeeding in dream points to limitation of one’s freedom because the milk nurse cannot go anywhere until the baby has finished nursing. Her brother appears to want to keep her free from marriage and starting a family, and Allah knows best.

Dream: Beer

Dream:

Asalamalykum wr wb, in my dream I was drinking a yellowish beer and I got light headed and my uncle was criticizing me for doing that in my dream.
The morning I awoke after this dream, my hopes for something came crashing down. So I was wondering if someone prays for me, as I’m going through some difficult times. jazakallahkhair, I very much appreciate anything, aslamalykum.

Interpretation:

`Alaykum as-Salam,

Drinking intoxicant in a dream points to haram income easily obtained or any type of corrupt activity in real life. Mawlana Shaykh Hisham will pray for you.

Prayer Request: Cyst

Request:

Assalam o Alaikum

Some time ago, through one of Moulana Sheikh Nazim’s mureed’s in America, my mother was advised to rub a mixture of vinegar and olive oil on her stomach area for a cyst that had appeared there. She was also advised by MSN to recite 100 times each Durood Shareef and Hasbun Allah hu wa naimalwakeel.
Recently the cyst has reappeared, so she is asking should she repeat the same zikr/method for it, and I am also requesting MSN and Moulana Sheikh Hisham Kabbani to please pray for her health and long life.

How to increase Rizk – salary – earnings

As-Salaam-aleikum,
I am financially hard pressed. I am a Computer Professional – Oracle DBA working in the US.
My Kids go to Islamic school and the fees are very high, almost unaffordable.
I am Alhamdollilah living hand to mouth.
I have realized and very sad feeling over the past 15 years I am in US ,though I work so hard and religiously , I have never got my compensation to what I really deserve.
Please provide with some amal or Vazeefa or Zikr which would help me increase my financial position and Increase my Rizq and Salary in particular. My current imperfect human reasoning has just blanked my mind as to how can I increase my finance. I think only some Divine Gaibi help from Allah can help. As it is said Allah helps His servants from quarters he may have never thought of.

May Allah Most High grant you and us forgiveness for what we deserve and goodness here and hereafter. Give Him gratitude and insha-Allah He will increase you in all that you need. Give sadaqa to the poor however small, avoid sin and recite Ya Lateefu Ya Razzaq every day 100 times.
