Dream: Prophet (s) and saints

Dream:

assalamoualaikoum,

I was born by the dua of a saint. I started to dream about the saint when I was 14 years old. I happen I was in difficulty in the dream, I cried out his name and then I saw a white light coming and everything in my dream was gone, I was the only one standing in the dream and it was white around me. I had the same dream for two times then on the third time, when I was in difficulty the white light came but this time it went inside me and I destroyed everything surrounding me.

Then when I was eigtheen, I dream of the mazar of Khawja Moinudeen Chisti in India, thought I have never been to India, I dream of a person dressed in white and he was telling me it is your time to join the tariqa. I had the same dream a couple of time. One time he would tell me that you are the last and thirtheen (13) OF US. I used to see myself in the dream sitting with people dressed in white. There were many of them. One time I saw myself sitting on a chair made out of wood and there were three other people sitting chairs and there were many people dressed in white sitting down on the floor surrounding us. One more time I saw myself dressed in white and I was travelling with another person dressed in white in a train. We stopped at a train station. We had a small pot of food, people came to ask me food and I did not refuse and in that process I gave food to more than one thousand people and I heard a voice in the dream saying only a great saint can do that. I had one dream about Sayyidina Rasullalah(swallahhu alaiwasllam). I could not see his face, but everybody in the dream was saying it was him. He was wearing a white kurta and a dark jacket. We all prayed behind him and after the salaat everybody went to stand where the Prophet(swallahhu alaiwasllam) prayed and I was also among them. I would be pleased if you can answer my dream.

Interpretation:

These dreams beginning when you are reaching puberty are to lead you to the path of purity, as represented by the white “theme” you are seeing. And seeing the different shaykhs and awliyaullah are an indication that one of your ancestors was a pious person or a saint himself or herself and you are the answer to his or her prayers for a pious descendant.  And as you mentioned  you were the answer of a saint’s du`a.

Finally seeing the Prophet (s) in a dream is great goodness for this life and the next and signifies the Prophet (s) will intercede for you in seven great difficulties in this life and seven in the afterlife, when you are most in need of help. And these dreams are pushing you to spend more time in worship and service to Allah and it maybe that you will reach a high station where you are able to guide many people to the path of Allah as indicated by feeding 1000 or more, signifying spiritual food. That train is the train of tariqah and of your shaykh. Since you are on board, your shaykh will guide you to your destination and you will arrive safely insh-Allah.

Dream: Seeing Sheikh Nazim!

Dream:

Assalam-o-alaikum wa rehmatullahi wa barkatuhu!
I had a dream an year before! I saw that I’m in a family function, there I saw an old man (who is a waliullah and I actually know him because he is a relative of my cousin. I always wanted to be with him so that i can reach my ALLAH ALMIGHTY) In the dream I saw him with a nuur on his face..and I walked to him and suddenly he appeared like my grand father (still having nuur on face) but in reality he was that old man. I said salam to him, he gave the answer but not with that love which I was expecting from him. I was very dishearted at this. In the meanwhile, I saw another white bearded old man sitting on a chair. He called and said to me”your sincerety will find its worth here!” and then my dream ended!
(on the very same day when i had this dream I was searching the sites of awliaALLAH.By the grace of ALLAH ALMIGHTY I visited haqqanifellowship. And was very surprised knowing that the old man who talked to me was none but Sheikh Nazim, from there I came to know about him)
Can you kindly give the meaning of this dream?
May ALLAH ALMIGHTY give you and Sheikh Nazim a long longgg healthy life, Ameen! Ameen! Ameen!
Do pay my salaam to Sheikh Nazim, I’ll be very glad if he’ll say wassalam to me in return!
JazakALLAH

Hanafi position on man touching non-mahram woman

Question:

salaam

Someone told me that the Hanafi position in hajj is that if a man touches a woman accidently, his hajj is not accepted while Imam Shafi said it is makruh. What is the truth to this? What do the Hanafis and Shafis really say on this matter?

thank you

Answer:

salam `alaykum,

This is incorrect, accidental touch is inconsequential in the Hanafi madhhab but annuls wudu’ in the Shafi`i. In either case the Hajj is still valid.

Meaning of Hasbunallah Rabunallah

Question:

Assalamu Alaykum,

What is the meaning of “Hasbunallah Rabbunallah“? What are the special benefits of reciting this dhikr, and how many times a day should it be recited?

Wasalam.

Alaykum as-Salam,
Hasbuna Allah: Allah is enough for us
Rabbuna Allah: Allah is our lord and protector
Among its benefits is the lifting of difficulty and protection against
oppressors.
Number of recitation depends on what your teacher instructs. If Mawlana
says of something to recite it a lot then the minimum is 70x.

(Translation)

I saw in dream that I was in a car and saw the soldiers of satan tormenting people and hitting them harshly. Then I started helping the people and saved them from the paws of shaytan and his helpers. After that I went to a gas station and felt it was a safe place. I saw a great number of the murids of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim waiting for him. After a while Mawlana Shaykh Nazim came out to us holding in his hand a letter in which my name was written. Mawlana Shaykh Nazim called out that name and I signalled to him that it was me whose name he had called out. Mawlana Shaykh Nazim came closer to me, passed his hand on my face and said: “Shaykh… It is time now that you be independent by yourself; I know everything about you and Shaykh Hisham has informed me of you and has also recorded two books concerning  your person.” Then he gave me that letter. May Allah grant you every goodness.

Was-Salam `alaykum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh.

Wa `alaykum as-Salam wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh.

It is a good dream in sha Allah and indicates your important role and your strength in continuing the work of Mawlana in your area with the support of his Awliya by going wherever there is need. The car and gas station show that travelling and movement brings blessings and safety because it helps others and reunites Mawlana’s people together. The letter in Mawlana’s hand signifies your appointment which he confirmed by wiping your face to show that you are one of the helpers of Sayyidina al-Mahdi and Sayyidina `Isa (upon them peace) and you will not fear as long as you are on this path. He knows you since before your birth and Shaykh Hisham’s two books about you signify their support of you through two wings like Mawlana Shaykh Khalid al-Baghdadi, with the sciences of Shari`a and the sciences of Haqiqa, and Allah knows best.

Dream: Grandshaykh Abdullah

Dream:

asalam- u- alaikum Sayedi

I had a dream a while back in which I saw Sheikh Abdul Faiz Dagistani he was in the doorway of an Islamic shop and from what I gathered he was sewing a tasbeeh together, I approached him and he handed me a broken bead of the tasbeeh it was wooden and round and I took it of him. His face was full of noor and light and he was wearing black.
I would be very grateful if you could decode it for me.

Mash’Allah I am only 15 year old and have been recieving the attention of Grand Sheikh and Mawlana Sheikh Nazim however sometimes I feel my connection weakens with them how shall I maintain it?

Jazak’Allah Sayedi
I love you with all my heart

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Alhamdulilah seeing Grandshaykh `Abdullah wearing black means spiritual power for him and the tariqa is getting stronger. Handing you a bead of a tasbeeh is good, it means you have good faith but it being broken means you need to be more diligent in your `ibadah. Make sure to pray on time, do your awrad/dhikr assigned for us and maintain rabitah.

Asking for Madad?

Question:

Is it permitted to ask “Ya Shaykh `Abdal-Qadir madad!”?

Answer:

Yes, it is permitted, and it is mentioned in the sunnah of our The Holy Prophet (s) where he said:”If one of you loses something or seeks help or a helper (ghawth), and he is in a land where there is no one to befriend, let him say: “O servants of Allah, help me! (ya `ibad Allah, aghithuni), for verily Allah has servants whom one does not see.”

See the article: Permissibility of Calling “O my Shaykh Madad!”

and the article: Asking “Ya Shaykh Madad!” – Istighatha/Isti`ana

and the article at Dar al-Ifta al-Misriyyah on Hadith of Asking for Help (Arabic).

shortcut to 800 and 500

Question:

Is there a spiritual shortcut to accomplishing the 500 obligations and avoiding the 800 forbiddens?

Answer:

Keep your obligations and perform your daily awrad and avoid what is forbidden, with that intention, that is the shortcut. It does not mean you actually accomplish the 500 and avoid the 800, but by your intention you will be rewarded as one who did. And this is similar to one who sits after Fajr in congregation, reciting dhikr without any distraction of dunya until the time of ishraq, (after the sun rises about 20 minutes),  then prays Salat al-Ishraq, will be rewarded as one who did hajj and `umrah.

من صلى الفجر في جماعة ثم قعد يذكر الله حتى تطلع الشمس ثم صلى ركعتين كانت له كأجر حجة و عمرة تامة تامة تامة

The Prophet (s) said, “He who performs Fajr with the congregation and remains seated in the same place while engaging in dhikr until after sunrise and thereafter performs two raka`ats nafl salat, (Ishraq), he will obtain the reward of one hajj and one `umrah, complete free from every defect and shortcoming,” and he repeated this 3 times (taama, taama, taama). (Tirmidhi, sahih)

And to clean the masjid is also something highly rewarded, as the first to enter Paradise are those who clean the masjid, before the imam and before the khatib.

Dream: go to castle

Dream:

I go to big castle and much army here…they protect my self. i walk to level 3 and other people take me to the place of solat prayer…at the sajadah..i saw a knife be there

Interpretation:

A`udhu Billahi min ash-Shaytaani ‘r-rajeem Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem
The castle represents the Shari`ah, when you are in it you will be protected by Allah’s forces – angels, mumin jinn and awliyaullah.

The three levels are Islam, Iman and Ihsan that you will be raised inside that castle by the awliya.
The place of salat represents sincere `ibadah while sajdah is the most intimate place in Allah’s Divine Presence, where you ‘Worship Allah as if you see Him, if you don’t see Him, He sees you” –Maqam al-Ihsan.

The knife or sword represents truth. Mawlana Shaykh Nazim says: BismillahirRahmaniRahim is a heavenly sword. So when you are raised through these levels you will be gifted with that sword to cut away falsehood.
